I always feel so well taken care of and that there is a genuine quality here you can't find in many places if at all anymore. As an older mom now, I also like to indulge in things like Botox, I feel much better getting this done from a doctor than a pop up type Botox environment. If something was to go wrong or to have a reaction, a doctor is much more capable in that situation. Highly recommend if you need dermatology care in the High Desert area.

Because Dr. Hoffman is thorough, he detected and treated a Basal and Squamous Cell Skin Cancer early in Dad; not only saving his life, but early enough to avoid radiation or chemo. In addition, Dr. Hoffman has a wonderful team working for him. Jan, his office manager, does an excellent job running the office, and she is always kind and pleasant on the phone and in person. When I came back for my appointment, the women there were super rude and treated me like I was a bother and then when the nurse called me in she was even worse! She rushed me in and asked me questions too quickly and would look visibly annoyed when I wouldn't answer them quickly. I never got her name, but she's a bit bigger than the other nurses. The doctor gave me the creeps and also rushed me out. Then I had to go back for my 2nd appointment and it kept getting worse from there. The nurse for some reason wouldn't put me in a gown when I was supposed to be in one and the doctor came in and asked to take my top off to work on my armpit and I at the time had a cast on and was struggling to get it off and on and him and the nurse just looked like I was wasting their time. I was so embarrassed. They just did their thing and then let me go and the doctor said to make a follow up appointment. So after struggling to put my top back on I went back to the front to make my follow up appointment and stood there waiting like an idiot for someone to help, because all these women do is gossip. When someone finally decided to do their job, she asked what I needed and I told her a follow up appointment, she tells me I don't need one that if I really need one to call them back and make one and looked at me like I was wasting her time. I am never recommending this place to anyone and I don't recommend dr. Snyder I believe was his name. I ended up making my appointments at the victorville office and they were a bit nicer there than here.

I told them I could get there by 1pm. I showed up at 12:48 and filled out my paperwork. The office was packed and there was no AC running ( on a 102° day!) I finally asked if I could just wait in my car since I wasn't feeling good due to the heat. They said sure and would call me when it was my turn. I finally went in at 2:10 and was told I would be coming up next but no time of when. I asked why they called me in 2 hours early only to have me wait an hour an 15 minutes. The front desk person was nice enough and apologized for the delay but I just let them know I couldn't wait anymore and canceled my appointment. Don't call people in early if you're going to have them wait that long and get some AC if you're an office in the high desert!
