The appliance suffered severe, irreparable structural and electrical damage. Allstate sent a technician from Kirpal Calgary to assess the damage. This technician conducted a completely negligent review. Despite visible charring, compromised internal components, and exposed electrical wiring sticking out of the unit, the technician claimed the appliance "looks good." It was abundantly clear that his only priority was collecting his service call fee, showing an absolute disregard for safety, liability, and professional ethics. I have provided numerous photographic records and video evidence clearly demonstrating that this appliance is a total loss and a severe fire hazard. It is deeply concerning that Allstate is choosing to accept the word of a negligent third-party contractor over indisputable photographic proof.

It looks amazing and the guys that put it in were great. My one criticism was that they do not appear to work for Kirkland when they arrive. Barring that, they did a good job and cleaned up well. After installing our gas fireplace in 2008, we found that it makes a horrendous noise when you use the remote. Other people seem to have nice quiet switches on the wall. True to his word he called just before 12:30 and was here within 20 minutes. We found Rodger to be very thorough, polite, professional and easy to communicate with.
