The thumb it was delivered with was too short and obviously incorrect. Salesman immediately told me they would correct it. It is now1/28/2025; nothing has happened, they have been avoiding my calls for a while, and it seems like we are headed to small claims, since the part they claimed is on backordered is verified to be in stock at the vendor. Do not accept delivery unless EVERYTHING is there. Do not pay them until EVERYTHING is correct. Learned a lesson here.

Don't ever buy a battery from these guys because they keep any batteries they may have in the back and they're probably no good this is the 3 rd battery I've went thru . The first time I was off by 2 months on my warranty so I had to buy a new one . Now 5 months later the battery is buckling and swelling out. I know this is not normal so I went up there because they told me from the first time that it has a 1 year warranty. Back up in there thinking yeah no issues. I got my receipt. It's only been five months. Give me a new battery. I had to wait until this guy made phone calls to his boss asking him well what should I do? Clearly you give me a new battery. This guy goes to the bat comes back with a box opens it up in front of me and it's damaged. The terminal is bent and you know what I'm told either you accept this or you have to wait cause we got batteries on backorder and we don't know when you'll get another battery so I said well does my warranty start over again since you know this is supposedly a brand new battery and they told me no it starts from the time you originally purchased the old battery so now I've only got maybe six or seven more months on this brand new supposedly brand new battery don't do business with these guys. They're not honest they give you a hard time every time you try to bring something back up to get it replaced they act like they don't know what they're doing And every time I come up here it's always been a bad experience. Take it from me. Don't go over here don't buy anything cause they'll give you a hard time but they're quick to take your money. I had a hustler and it needed repairs. $1400 in repairs and the lawnmower wasn't even three years old. I had to eat that now I'll come back the third time with a battery and they wanna give me issues so I decided after this I'm done with these guys they don't know anything about customer service and they don't know how to treat customers so if I was you any of y'all take your business elsewhere or you will get screwed by these people I guarantee it done with these clowns

I took in my mower because in the past few days, it wouldn't start. I spoke to DANIEL S. I TOLD him I had just changed the oil, ordered an air filter, and I put in gas, so I didn't anything but it to start...I made it clear-not to do anything else... I told him I thought it had "gunk" in the carburator...I told DANIEL I'd changed the oil already, and not to put in an air filter as I was ordering one. He told me they required a $75 deposit, the carborator would take about an hour, so I would be paying for parts only on pickup. After 6 days, they hadn't called, so I called them. I spoke to DANIEL Settlemyer who said the mower hadn't been looked at but would this week...three days later - Thursday, a hispanic girl called and said it was ready, (NO ONE HAD CALLED ME-to get approval before work, as I requested). I got there half hour later. I know why they didn't call, they scam people...They said they had given me a tuneup, changed the oil, sharpen the blade (I DONT THINK THEY DID, as I had changed the oil 2 weeks before..(I bought the blade 4 mo ago, still new). I argued with Daniel because I DIDNT NEED AN OIL CHANGE OR BLADE SHARPENED and I HAD told him that WHEN I DROPPED IT OFF...AND, There was a charge for gas. Daniel said they drained my gas out and threw it away- charging a $5 disposal fee and $3.50 for more gas. Another lie...some of these things don't show up on receipt, I believe he lied about doing any work. He refused to take out the air filter & refund my money. ...There is an itemized cost to Pam Settlement for $50.00 and $6,25...she's a "counter person"according to the invoice...and the only one at the counter, apparently the hispanic person that called me. She's also the other person I told that I didn't want a tuneup... Now, I'm seeing a SCAM, and DISHONESTY-and a business that is DOESN'T conduct business ethically. ..unfortunately, this type of scam goes on all too often. Posting, your experience is the only way to run these unethical businesses out of business. UPDATE, 12-22-25, I decided to mow, it took 10 pulls to get it started, and sounded like it was was about to die, "gasping for gas"..TOTAL CROOKS who did nothing but scam me.
