He still had no idea who I was was. Called me Sir. He Could not recall that he prescribed me AIMOVIG. Forgot I was no longer on Keppra. Then completely overlooked me telling him that I have been getting pain in my head that feels like i am being stabbead with a butcher knife, to the point where i am going numb and cannot see. He over looked my response to his question and proceeded to recite lies to his computer stating, " Patient is still having headaches." Then I told him that this is not part of a headache. It just happens...I was ignored. Same ole doctor from years ago. He thinks he knows everything.....yet refuses to address the issue at hand which is actually the brain lesion in my head. I think he is predjudice against people of color. This is the 2nd time he hasn't taken any interest in helping me.

We came in for results for a test she had performed, but than tells us that in order for the results to be ready. It will take months??? We need these results for surgery. How is someone going to wait for results for months when it's needed much sooner. I would avoid this place at all cost if it's possible. Save your self a headache.

I was in the office for a follow-up appointment but they refused to see me for a bill that they sent me last week. I have asked the office to send me all the bills before/after surgery... I wanted the office to explain to me that how much does it cost for a follow-up, does $500+ sound about right? The office told me that the insurance company also had questions for this. I just wanted to meet the doctor and ask him if he was aware, may be he is not... I might change my review when I meet with the Dr next week. Will see. I have also told the office that I will be writing a review like this for their behaviour today. I did not pay much attention in 2023 since the insurance company paid all since my deductibles were paid during the operation. But a bill for Mar 2024 follow-up visit showing in mail in Feb 2025.... I would be careful if I were a new patient to this office...

I needed L5-S1 surgery and from my initial appt to surgery was about 2 weeks. I feel extremely fortunate they were able to get me in that quickly (I had foot drop, also). My husband had the exact surgery with another facility and the staff (other than the Dr) were just terrible, so I've been through this elsewhere. My surgery was at Brandon Hospital and the nursing staff there was also incredible. From starting an IV to discharge, top notch. There was a 5 hr delay while there, but that just indicated that Dr Le doesn't rush things and clearly takes pride in his craft. I highly recommend his PA Julianna too. She's thorough and caring. To get two people with the bedside manner they have was a blessing.

My son needed a referral in order to get an MRI and we were assured by Dr. Vernier that it would get done fast so we could get things moving. My wife has called this doctors office over 100 times I garuntee and they never sent the referral my wife had to get it herself and send it to the hospital through email. The MRI showed signs of seizure activity on his brain and thankfully my wife had a portal through lakeland hospital and found the seizure activity herself because when we went to the follow up appointment(the appointment thats literally for the results of his MRI) they had no idea about the seizure activity and the doctor used my wife's phone to get his information. It is so sad that this office deals with children in need because they are the most incompetent doctors office I could ever imagine. Oh and on top of everything else they have sent emails of our sons information and asked if we received it and when we asked who they sent it to it was a complete strangers email plus plenty of other things I haven't mentioned.

They all smiled and nodded as they walked by. Wasn't until they came into the room that they realized I wasn't there that they came looming for me. After all I'd said and done, I start being bombarded about leaving a review. I received 7 text messages in a matter of 3 minutes, requesting a review. I received them while I was at work in a meeting! I know we all have our days. And working in a doctors office myself, I just expected something different. I'll still be going back, but hope things change.

This review serves as a warning to anyone considering using Watson Clinic--avoid them if possible…read more In my experience, the organization has poor follow-up, is highly disorganized, lacks coordination between departments, and appears primarily focused on generating revenue. Here is my experience in detail: I initially visited the dermatology office near the main campus to have several moles removed. The first doctor I saw indicated that the removals would need to be done over multiple visits. During the first session, four moles were removed, but the doctor declined to remove more and referred me to a senior dermatologist--resulting in an additional copay. The senior dermatologist removed additional moles but then referred me to a plastic surgeon for the remaining ones--again introducing another specialist visit and copay. I was told that the plastic surgeon would be able to evaluate and remove the remaining moles in a single visit. However, when I arrived at the plastic surgeon's office in Highlands, I was informed that my appointment was only for a consultation. I explained what I had been told, but the doctor stated that he requires an initial visit to evaluate and take photos before proceeding. This directly contradicted the expectations set by the dermatology department, suggesting a strong lack of coordination within the organization. In my view, the dermatologist could have taken the necessary photos and coordinated with the surgeon in advance, allowing for insurance pre-approval and a more efficient, cost-effective process. Instead, I was told the process would require four visits: two procedures (removing two moles per visit) and two follow-up visits for stitch removal--resulting in approximately $300 in additional copays. I questioned why all procedures could not be completed in one visit, but the response was simply, "That's not how I do things." After photos were taken, I left without scheduling further treatment. The situation worsened when I later received a call from scheduling. When I asked whether the photos had been submitted to insurance, I was told they would not be submitted until another appointment was scheduled. I also learned there was a $250 cancellation fee for appointments canceled with less than seven days' notice. I requested that no appointment be scheduled until insurance coverage and costs were clarified, so I could make an informed decision. At that point, the scheduler became rude, stating, "Clearly you have an issue setting an appointment--you can just call back when you're ready," and then hung up. Based on this experience, it seems that Watson Clinic prioritizes revenue over patient care, communication, and transparency. Unfortunately, this has not been an isolated incident, as I have had similar experiences with other departments, including cardiology. I recommend that others carefully consider alternative providers to avoid similar frustrations.
