Blimey! Don't pop in here with a quick query!! You can't just ask someone something at the desk, you have to be booked in to make an enquiry!! and then you have to queue up to be booked in.!!
The staff are pretty abrupt and fairly condescending too - not pleasant.
They don't have many brochures on display - this is probably to stop you helping yourself to brochures!!
The shop itself is pretty cluttered, and doesn't look that inviting.
Their opening hours are on the front door in very small writing, so you have to get right up to the door to see if they're open!
There aren't that many travel agents in Cheltenham, but this definitely wouldn't be my first (or second!) choice.
I'm sure that the staff are very knowledgeable, but they're too rude to be helpful. read more
