Trying to call to book an excursion from a voucher which cannot be booked online. Message says I…read moream first in the queue but I have been waiting on the phone for over 30 mins with no agent picking up to speak with me. Very frustrating because I want to get it booked so I get the date I want. Voucher booked via virgin experiences and if I had known you had to book the trip through a third party I might have thought twice - especially after reading the revJews on trip advisor. Not impressed at all.

The staff are pretty abrupt and fairly condescending too - not pleasant. They don't have many brochures on display - this is probably to stop you helping yourself to brochures!! The shop itself is pretty cluttered, and doesn't look that inviting. Their opening hours are on the front door in very small writing, so you have to get right up to the door to see if they're open! There aren't that many travel agents in Cheltenham, but this definitely wouldn't be my first (or second!) choice. I'm sure that the staff are very knowledgeable, but they're too rude to be helpful.

The member off staff even matched the Internet price! I would return knowing I would be looked after by the knowledgeable staff!
