The quality of the work was top-notch…read more I've used other contractors in the past and know a little bit about construction myself and I can tell you that my wife and I were more than satisfied and have recommended them a few times to our friends. They did my kitchen addition and first floor renovation and every day that I get home from work I have a smile on my face, seeing the quality of the construction that was done. Finish work was fantastic and I couldn't be happier. Remember that when you go into a home construction project it is not HGTV, where a complete house is built in one hour. Sitting through any construction project is stressful, but these guys were great.

    I thought I was hiring a reputable construction company for a major home renovation project, which…read morerequired full dormer, extension, new kitchen, HVAC, plumbing along with new bathrooms. It turned out I hired a typical construction contractor that you should avoid at all costs. I learned the hard way that Gary Courtier DID NOT close three of the five permits they opened for the project. Up on my contacting the company I was told the best they can do is to give them the number of new subcontractor they now use so I can get the work done to pass the inspections at my own cost. I don't know how they were able to get the final inspection scheduled without first passing the 3 related permits passed/inspected.
