My two children…read moreand I spent 40 minutes waiting for their appointments (just basic eye exams) and finally walked out. I've been in Customer Service all my life, and I can tell you that the receptionist here needs some *serious* training. No greeting, no informing you the doctor is running behind schedule, nothing. We were the only ones in the sitting area, as well. And when I let her know we'd been waiting over half an hour and needed to go now, all she said was, "Ooookay..?" No apology, no offer to reschedule, no friendly goodbye. It was such a strange, disappointing experience. Also, inappropriate music was playing in the waiting area. Not a professional look. Hopefully this was a fluke for the Office, but it was all more than enough to send us elsewhere.

I love that they have Saturday times so you don't have to take off of work if you don't want to (and probably good for kids). Without a doubt this is where I will be going for all my future eye appointments. Dr. Kaur did a wonderful job; I feel like eye doctor appointments the way most people feel about dentist appointments. But Dr. Kaur made it so easy and relaxing, simple and lovely. She's a great doctor, highly recommend.

There's plenty of parking on the street and they aren't crowded. I'm glad I found this place, now all I have to do is find a dentist

The surgery went well on both eyes. Staff was friendly and professional. Subsequent billing was…read moreridiculous. I was sent two invoices. The first one, from Cleveland Eye Clinic made no sense to me. What was shown as the amount I paid was some random number, a lot less than what I had paid up front. I called customer service and was told that the bill was in error, that they had a new billing system, and that I didn't owe anything. I just received the second bill, this one from the Brecksville Surgery Center. Again, what was shown as the amount I paid was inaccurate. The customer service rep reviewed my account and told me how much I owed, which was a different amount than what was stated on the invoice that I received. She was throwing out numbers that weren't on the bills I received. Please get your billing together. Please stop sending bills that apparently don't even match your internal records, leaving the patient confused about how much is actually owed. I told the rep that I'll consider paying the bill when I get an invoice that shows clearly how much Aetna was billed, how much they paid on the claims, and how much I had paid or still owe out of pocket. Like I said, the medical services I received were excellent. It's a shame you make the practice look bad with amateurish and confusing billing.

It has been a month since my second surgery and my vision just tested at 20/15. I can see without glasses for the first time in almost 20 years. Dr. Pierre is a God send, is a caring, skilled surgeon, and the staff at BSC is the best. The center is high tech and all the doctors are the best in the state. I recommend them with all my heart.

Their online process for appointment setting was easy to use. They do a great job verifying and explaining coverages, and I always know my cost and break down. Summary: - HORRIBLE customer service…read more- Rude & deceptive employee - Mistake not rectified - Several weeks of time wasted My experience with this optometry office was exceptionally disheartening. When I went in for my eye exam on June 7th, things went well. Dr. Robinson was kind and thorough. I selected my frames and was told that I'd be notified when the glasses were ready. Things took a turn on June 18th. I went to the office after receiving a text that my glasses were in. The frames were the wrong color. The younger of the two women that work in the office attempted to fix the mistake by popping my prescription lenses into the display frame. I expressed that I didn't want the display frames that countless people have tried on. She was understanding and told me I needed to speak with the other woman who was on lunch. I returned later that day and expressed my concerns to the other employee. She told me my insurance wasn't going to remake the glasses. I reiterated my concerns and asked if there was any way to rectify the mistake. I was open to making calls myself in order to have the new pair of glasses that I ordered. The employee reluctantly took the glasses back and told me it'll take two weeks to redo. Two weeks pass on July 3rd & I haven't heard from them. So I call today on July 5th and I'm told by the older lady that my glasses are in. When I pick them up I can immediately tell that they are the exact same frames from the first time. The lenses are covered in finger prints from when the frames were switched and the frame had reside on the handle from where the display sticker was removed. I decided to choose my battles, take the display frames, and just order new glasses independently. I got a copy of my prescription and left. The prescription however was missing the pupillary distance needed to order new glasses. I called at 5pm to retrieve that information. I'm not sure which employee I spoke with but she had a terrible attitude. Her responses were short, she did not provide me with the missing information, told me she was too busy to explain why I couldn't get the information, then HUNG UP THE PHONE ON ME. So if you want a doctor's office that has good customer service, conflict resolution, and takes accountability. This isn't the place for you.

This place is amazing!…read more I have been to so many different optometrists due to terrible vision and various eye problems. I have had a lot of experiences - good and bad - and I can honestly say that Eyezone is the best I have ever been to. From the moment you walk in the door to the beautiful lobby, you are greeted warmly. Before my appointment, they were very helpful with answering questions about certain exams that my insurance covered. The forms were easy to fill out (most of them you can do online beforehand) and before I knew it, the appointment had began. The pre-exam was an absolute breeze. I was ushered from room to room with speed, though I didn't feel like anything was being missed. I just got the sense that they understood that my time was valuable and wanted to make everything as efficient as possible. After that, I didn't wait in the exam room that long before my doctor was there. She was just amazing. Conversation with her was so easy, something I rarely experience with a medical professional. She did the standard tests and figured out my vision perfectly, and she was great about answering questions I had and even mentioning that pregnancy and breastfeeding can change my vision a bit, something that not even my medical doctor had told me! She was extremely knowledgeable and I found it easy to trust everything she said. When it was time to pick out my glasses, the gal that helped me was equally awesome. She was patient with my picky self, and chose a frame that I never would've picked up and it turned out to be the perfect fit for my facial structure. She was very up-front about what my insurance covered, and the options that I had with my high prescription. She had a smile on her face the entire time and made me feel so welcome. Overall, it is clear that everyone in this office works hard to create a comforting and warm environment. They are efficient and diligent, but slow down for questions and concerns where needed. I just love this office and will be happy to return again and again!
