We had Murad install a new garbage disposal to replace an old one that had seen its better days…read more Both were insinkerator brand so it meant no new plumbing fittings would be needed. It was a very quick and easy install. Price was fair and attractive relative to a plumbing outfit. Job was done flawlessly and everything works fine so far! We asked for quotes from a few OTHER outfits and provided all info and pictures. Most couldn't provide that info without wasting time and money to give us an "estimate" based on an on site visit, which would cost us money and make no difference. Murad was far more familiar and flexible. Our job was exactly what he expected. His work was exactly what we expected as well.

When I first contacted MEM's Electric, on Tuesday, April 2nd, I honestly thought this was going to…read morebe a stellar experience. The person who answered, Hank, was pleasant, able to give me a general idea of what the cost would be to install a quick disconnect box and even spoke to the plumbing company who would be installing my water heater. We scheduled for Friday, April 5th at 10am. I also sent a text about the appt. at his request with my information. Friday came, and MEM's Electric was a no call / no show. I called, left a VM, and sent a text, stating that no one had showed up for the appt. While I waited for a response, I read the reviews only to see that this has been a repeat issue with this company. I don't understand why a business would so easily give a potential customer a reason to have anything negative to say. In fact, I waited 48 hours before posting a review to see if I would get a response as there is always the possibility that an emergency occurred. There are positive reviews about this business, but I want others who may be looking to use this service to be aware that this could happen to you. It is already frustrating to have technical issues in your home, so the last thing you need is another headache. Thankfully, I was able to reach another electrician the same day who arrived at my home in less than 30 minutes to complete the job.

Wes used booties, brought equipment around to the back entrance ...not through the house. A highly skilled, reliable, and honest electrical and HVAC professional…read more They took the time to truly understand our needs and have been very straightforward with recommendations and pricing for the myriad issues facing our 100-year-old building. They did everything from replacing/upgrading an electrical panel for one of our tenants to rewiring a 9,000 sq ft basement for amp-intensive business use. Mr. Adams even came out mid-summer on an hour's notice to assess a broken A/C. He identified the issue within minutes (it was a bad capacitor) and charged us for just that. Such levels of competence and honesty are extremely rare in this day & age. We now trust only this company with our building's wiring and heating / cooling. I cannot emphasize enough how good Adams Mechanical is - and how much I trust them to do good work at a fair price.

I told him not to return to fix anything because I don't trust him at all. I will have to travel there (3 hours away) sometime to fix it myself. A bad job overall! Not professional at all...
