They did everything from replacing/upgrading an electrical panel for one of our tenants to rewiring a 9,000 sq ft basement for amp-intensive business use. Mr. Adams even came out mid-summer on an hour's notice to assess a broken A/C. He identified the issue within minutes (it was a bad capacitor) and charged us for just that. Such levels of competence and honesty are extremely rare in this day & age. We now trust only this company with our building's wiring and heating / cooling. I cannot emphasize enough how good Adams Mechanical is - and how much I trust them to do good work at a fair price.

I contacted 2 contractors to do duct replacement. Jimmys was recommended by my neighbor behind me. The young son came to take measurements, he was polite & on time. His father (owner) contacted me later & sent me a written estimate which was comparable to other estimate but $175 cheaper. They also said they could start the job the next week. After I got a date to fix bathroom floor (which had to be done before the replacement). They were able to come the next day. They were a little tardy on agreed arrival time but only about 30 minutes. With in an hour they had all old ducting ripped out. Both the son (also named Jimmy) and helper (peanut) were very polite, answered my questions and were able to complete the job by about 4pm. They made sure to check all vents had proper flow. Cleaned up all trash in area near crawl space & left. Great family owned company

I left a message on the voicemail and about a minute or so after I hung up, I received a call back. After speaking with the young lady about my issue she said they would be at my house in about 10 minutes. 10 minutes or so later, Jimmy and his wife were at my front door. Within minutes of arriving Jimmy had disagnosed the problem. He did however, check to make sure there were no other issues with the unit since it is very old. 20 to 30 minutes later, my A/C was working. They are very friendly, thorough, and reasonably priced. I will recommend them to anyone who needs their A/C serviced.

What truly meant the most to me is that they helped my father, and I trusted them completely to take care of him and the situation when I could not be there. It's hard to find companies that are not only knowledgeable and reliable but also genuinely caring. They took the time to explain everything clearly. Their integrity, responsiveness, and kindness really stood out. If you're looking for a heating and air company you can trust -- especially when it comes to your family -- I highly recommend them.

The person who answered, Hank, was pleasant, able to give me a general idea of what the cost would be to install a quick disconnect box and even spoke to the plumbing company who would be installing my water heater. We scheduled for Friday, April 5th at 10am. I also sent a text about the appt. at his request with my information. Friday came, and MEM's Electric was a no call / no show. I called, left a VM, and sent a text, stating that no one had showed up for the appt. While I waited for a response, I read the reviews only to see that this has been a repeat issue with this company. I don't understand why a business would so easily give a potential customer a reason to have anything negative to say. In fact, I waited 48 hours before posting a review to see if I would get a response as there is always the possibility that an emergency occurred. There are positive reviews about this business, but I want others who may be looking to use this service to be aware that this could happen to you. It is already frustrating to have technical issues in your home, so the last thing you need is another headache.
