It's been about 9 months since the work was completed. (Let me also say that I am an older female recovering from a stroke, burst aneurysm, coma, etc and haven't been home from the hospital a year yet. I am NOT crawling under my house!) I had my foundation vents replaced, and the guy sent me pics of this company having cut the belly wrap for the under the house insulation under my master tub and NOT repairing any of it. Under the tub is just wide open. It also appears that the hall shower is leaking. It's a good thing it is not used regularly! I texted them the pics and asked for an explanation. I did not get a response. This mess cost me a lot of money, not to mention the laundry room wall (piece of drywall) they broke moving the master tub in and the many holes they put in my wall to "find" something. They never offered to repair that either. Now I get to pay someone to come in and repair their mess. Don't waste your money!

I asked him for an appointment at 4:30. At 4:15 he text said he was running late. I asked what time he expected to arrive , he said 5:30. I requested to cancel and his response was, I've never met a plumber who is ontime. I was like ok, maybe this is true .l will keep your appointment and I'll see you at 5:30, as we needed the service and he was the first one to respond to my request At 6 pm he still hadn't shown. I text him telling him we needed to cancel At 6:20 he shows up in our driveway and sends me a message that he is here. I tell him we are cancelling.
