Contacted Lowery Brothers for a quote the next morning, and got a response in less than 10 minutes saying they'd be able to be there that evening. They contacted me later in the day confirming they would be there when they said, and they arrived right on schedule (and wearing masks, which was appreciated). They ended up pulling off one toilet and snaking the drain, clearing the clog, then reseating the toilet, which had a leak at the base.
