This was my first time ever getting arrested and I was in my bikini, they gave me clothes to wear and were informative about the process. Very professional, Shout out to officer Bernard, officer Oldham, and officer Escobar. Haha I made a joke I'd write a review and I did . ONE THING THOUGH, nothing against the officers but damn that room smelled like straight urine and who knows what else, but hey I wasn't there for a vacation. Really just makes me never want to get arrested again! lol Keep up the great job you guys. Thank you for keeping my spirits up throughout everything and you are great at what you do, you can tell they are amazing officers.

It doesn't matter if you just bought the house and it wasn't up to code when you got it. You will have to fix every problem. All sprinkler systems in El Dorado Hills are on recycled water; therefore, all the pcv pipes under ground for irrigation have to be the EID approved purple, with the purple tape, and the purple tags. I have to break up concrete to fix my problem or have my irrigation water turned off. Every neighbor I have spoke with has a terrible story about EID. They are the soup nazis of irrigation.

I don't deal with the county services very often. But when I have, it has been a miserable…read moreexperience. I stopped donating books to the libraries because of their ungrateful attitudes. Instead of showing appreciation they acted like I was causing them more work. The permit department is another bad story. In my experience with them, the employee I dealt with whined and complained about the work I was causing her. When I went to the building department with completed paperwork in hand to pay my fees on a very simple installation, I was told that they don't take walk-ins after 1230 pm. Yet, the lobby was empty and 2 receptionist were sitting on their tails doing nothing. Based on my experiences with the county offices, I conclude that the hiring and department managers have low standards and expectations. Somebody needs to train these people in customer service. IMO, the Board of Supervisors needs to fire all of them and start over.
