We went to the location in Vista, California but as they are permanently closed I still wanted to write her review. When booking the appointment there was no mention to her that they would be permanently closing in a month. When she went to her appointment there was no mention of what type of material would be used for the denture backing and low and behold they used metal which in turn caused and continues to cause severe discomfort when she puts them on including when she eats. When she first received the dentures the lower dentures were cutting through her gum and that caused a lot of pain. The upper dentures she received are incredibly painful and she finds it incredibly hard to eat with them. We wanted to write this review for anyone who is unsure if they were alone in this type of situation, you certainly are not. We both would not recommend this dentist office to anyone, especially those who value trust, honesty, and comfort in a dentist that would be supposedly taking care of the patient and their teeth. When paying for the dentures she expected a denture of excellent quality not the quality she received which is making us and especially her extremely disappointed.

So I had to search for a new dentist, which is never easy. But luckily for me I found LVD on Yelp and was impressed with their 4.9/5 rating and they're only a 10 minute drive from home. Lots of free parking too which is nice. Their office has a soothing, calm and welcoming vibe and the entire staff is very personable and friendly. And while getting my procedures done, the dentist, dental assistant and hygienist were all very skilled and professional. Each took their time explaining the procedures and answering my questions. They genuinely seemed to care about doing the best job they could for me.
