Dr. Fred's digitizer results in crowns with a superior fit compared to standard impressions. Multiple times have I sat down in the chair and had the dentist go "today we'll be working on the right side of your mouth" and I go "no you're not - it's the left side". Or "we'll be working on this tooth", and I go, "no it's this tooth". I also think that while Dr. Qadeer took his time to make me feel comfortable and to gain his trust, being gentle - the other dentist does not. At my most recent visit he was extremely rushed - bumped into my chair, dropped the camera, almost started working on the wrong side of my mouth. Not the level of professionalism I expect from Mesa Dental - and quite frankly I lost a lot of trust in their work. The assistant also kept forcing the suction down my throat, gagging me. Very rough and not very good. I will be reconsidering my future dental work, and looking for a different dentist.
