For the first move they stored my stuff for a few months, and then my move-in day was super complicated because I needed them to make three stops to pick some extra things up. They were totally fine with it, got everything done quickly and were super easy to work with. The second move was a new place in the same complex and, again, it was incredibly easy to set up and execute. They are affordable, fast and everything arrives intact. The movers were super friendly, had great attitudes and were super appreciative of offers of water and a tip after. Just a great experience all around. I recommend them to everyone.

Before calling them, I had contacted several moving companies, left messages, and filled out quote forms, only to hear nothing back. I called FlexDolly and someone answered right away. My service rep, Jacob, was extremely knowledgeable and communicative from start to finish. I never once felt pressured - he actually encouraged me to compare their pricing and services with other companies before making my decision. From the time I booked through moving day, Jacob stayed in contact and made the entire process incredibly easy. I also really appreciated how transparent their policies are. Rescheduling, stairs, fees -everything was explained upfront. No surprises or hidden fees. On moving day, my arrival window was 8:00-9:00 a.m., and they arrived in that window! They brought their largest truck, and despite my complex having a VERY narrow turn, they handled it! Our foreman was Louie, who communicated with me that morning and throughout the entire move. The other movers were Az and Mathew, and all three guys were SO personable and kind from beginning to end. They worked at a great pace the entire time. You could genuinely tell they were working hard and efficiently - there was absolutely no feeling that anyone was intentionally moving slowly to run up the clock. And these guys WORKED. It was an extremely hot day, and my new place requires going up two flights of stairs. They stayed positive the entire time and I heard ZERO complaints. I actually kept apologizing for the stairs and the heat, and they kept reassuring me not to worry about it. Louie, Az, and Mathew clearly take pride in their work, and if I had the budget to tip them even more, I absolutely would have. They earned every bit of it. From Jacob helping me book everything to Louie, Az, and Mathew getting us moved in, I had such a positive experience with FlexDolly. If you're looking for movers, you won't regret going with this company. Don't wait - call them!

Everything packed well including TV, surfboards, and more. A friend used another mover recently - ignoring my rec for Riptide- and heard crazy stories. Hopefully won't move in next 3-5 years (used them 3 years ago the first time) but if so I'll def give Rick a call. And let me know how the triathlon goes! Cheers and

They arrived at our scheduled time, and even texted me an update on their ETA. They are friendly and personable, but more than anything, they care about the homes they are moving out of and into, as well as the furniture they move. They took the additional time to take apart my couch and put it back together to prevent damaging our home (not all movers consider this)-- they were ready with tools and took it apart and put it back together quickly. They also brought plastic wrap to ensure the couch wasn't damaged in the process. I really appreciate the affordability, friendly service and additional care they put into their work. I would definitely use them again!

Initially I was only going to use them to move my things into PODS and store them with PODS. But the owner Daniel Tsepelev, convinced me that they had storage and that there price is better. I decided to allow them to move me and to store my items. I packed approximately 3/4ths of my belongings and left 1/4 for the movers to pack. I had a few issues with improper billing during the time I was storing my belongings with Elite, but they were resolved. About a month into Elites possession of my belongings in their storage, I received messages from a creditor and my secondary bank account that some charges were made and that checks were written olfrom my account. I had extra checks in my items in storage and a few old store credit cards in my belongings. I realized the charges were from things in storage. I contacted the creditors and my bank to cancel the cards and checks. I contacted Daniel and shared that someone must have gotten into my things and stolen my cards and checks. I assumed it was a worker. He said my things were OK and in storage. He contacted me back a day later and informed me some ome had in deed broken into the storage unit and stole items. I did not know how much. My items remained in storage until my house was available. When they delivered my items, only approximately 1/4th of my items were delivered/returned to me. I contacted Daniel about my loss. He was not responsive and directed me to contact their insurance. The insurance would not talk directly with me, because the policy was with Elite. Eventually he contacted them amd they said they would not cover the loss. Daniel said he was not going to reimbursement for my over $40,000 loss. I was forced then to take legal action. He and his counsel offered $5,000 for my loss. This is ridiculous. We are currently in the legal process. This has been the worst experience. I was violated by this company. They are not taking responsibility for their lack of security with my belongings while under their responsibility. I WOULD AVOID THESE MOVERS!!!!
