Asad was in the office and was very friendly, and answered all my questions. He had one of the mechanics work on my car immediately and I was extremely happy with the service and how quickly everything got done. I was recommended to Arc Special Automotive by a friend, and I'm very happy that I drove almost 20 miles from my home to have my car serviced here. If anyone is looking for a "GREAT" place for any type of service on their cars, THIS is the place to go. I give it 5 stars !! I will continue to go here from now on. Thank You Asad and Arc Special Automotive, Sincerely, Linda C..

There are very few honest mechanics left on earth. Alen at AV motorwerks is one of the best…read moremechanics I have ever come across, not only is he very professional with his work. He's honest with what he does. He's the only mechanic I have ever met that shows you the damaged part with the new replacement piece. His the type of guy that checks your vehicle before giving it back updating you on what you need and don't need. That extra piece of mind is something you can't buy at a regular local shop or dealership. I came in to do an oil change and breaks cause by the squeaking noise. After the oil change Alen showed me I didn't need breaks I had just over 60% left on them. It's probably because I leave the car sitting around way to long, which is true. Any other mechanic could have charge me $600 - $1,000 but that's not Alen. He did point out that the flex pipe was damage and could lead to more things needing to be replace later on. He found what was causing that exhaust leak without me asking him to check the car. Little things like this are the reasons I don't go anywhere else. FYI I also found that he was dog friendly and that shows the type of guy he is. Didn't mind my doberman around him and that speaks colum volumes. If you want an honest mechanic; someone that does professional work, checks everything around the car, sends you pictures of parts damage and has them there for you to see. You need to check him out. No other mechanics will go to the lengthand details that Alen at AV MOTORWERKS goes too. PS his always helping out veterans just as myself. Something that I'm grateful everyday for. Thank you Alen for everything you ever do for my and my soldiers. SSG MEJIA, SANTIAGO

The car wasnt starting and it seems as though there wasn't enough of an electrical output for the windows to efficiently go up and down. We dropped our car off on a Monday and didn't get to pick it up until the week after due to them not knowing what was wrong with it. They said that the car needed a new control system. we were charged for said service and went about our business. Four days later, our car started making funny noises. It turns out that they put THE WRONG OIL and after paying for a new control system, the windows eventually stopped going up all together. BEWARE OF THIS BUISNESS!!! I previously used to Bring my car to this business for 5+ years and counted on it as a reliable trustworthy business when Andy and his staff were there. He has now retired, and unfortunately, it has not been the same.

I've used the services of this mechanic a couple times before for basic things like oil change and…read morechanging break pads however this last time I had a bit more work to be done. I explained what the issue was as best as I can being someone that knows very little about cars and he said he will do an assessment and let me know. He later called and explained what the issue was and what needed to be done. $500+ later and the car still has the same issue. I took it back let him know the issue has not been resolved. He examined the car then stated NEW repairs are needed other than what he previously done and it will be an additional $1300 to make the repairs. This is a clear example of someone taking advantage of people that don't know much about the inner workings of cars. Initially he claimed he knew what the problem was and assured me he fixed it and obviously that was false now it appears this is an attempt to trick a customer into spending more money to fix the same problem. Be warned!
