Stopped by the Buffalo antique sales last Friday. They are only open the first Thursday, Friday and Saturday of every month. Tons of great antiques and knick knacks to sort through. This shopping trip made for a great day off of work with my mom and sister. Gather your girlfriends and make the trek out to Buffalo for some unique and fun shopping. If you like antiques, this is the town for you! read more

And they're packed with an incredible variety of quality merchandise. They have something for everyone. The prices are also very reasonable. I'd go so far as saying that Annie's Attic is one of the best antique malls within an hour drive outside the Twin Cities metro area. BTW, we stopped at the other places in Buffalo and they all paled in comparison to Annie's. (Unfortunately, we didn't make it in time to Walden Woods which looks like it might be pretty great.) The others in Buffalo weren't even worth the stop. But I'm a big fan of Annie's! Thumbs up! -Daddy Maxx Retro

Lakeview Antiques and Collectibles is everything I despise in an antique store -- mainly -- NO…read moreANTIQUES! All of the on-line search engines and on-line address searches listed L.A.C. as an antique store. And all of the paper antique store locator maps and newspaper antique shoppers listed L.A.C. as an antique store. But I'm here to tell you that Lakeview is NOT an antique store. It's a gifts, collectibles, and home décor shop. I'd say that one in every 50 or 100 items in this store is actually something that can be considered an antique or a vintage item. There are very, very, very few actual antiques. Other than that, it's packed with thousands of nick nacks, reproduction signs, homemade crafts, Chinese made figurines, upcycled garage sale crap, clothing, etcetera...cheap, cheap, cheap. I wouldn't have such a big problem with this place if there was some truth in advertising and if they removed the word "antique" from the name & building. Then I wouldn't feel misled into coming here. And I wouldn't have wasted the time and the gas if I knew there were, essentially, no actual antiques. One good thing I CAN say about this place is that the 2 dudes that were working behind the counter were super nice. Also, my antique hunter comrade actually purchased something.
