Usually, the customer service is great here. This morning however, there was a new employee (to me) that was about 21, male, and appeared to be of native descent. This individual was loudly cursing and violently punching the air while I and another customer attempted to shop peacefully. This continued for several minutes, while I apprehensively approached the counter. The female working with this individual rang me up. I told her that I was offended by the other individual's behavior, and she just shrugged. I paid for my gas, and asked for the corporate phone number. she gave me the store phone number. After finding Zero gas station open after 11:00pm on the OREGON coast. We searched the web. Heres one. Oh wait. Under construction. Lets try this 1. Says its open till 11. 10:54 closed. Now we're in trouble. We have few options but to try and find fuel in Tillamook. Found the only place open for 60 + miles on either direction. Shell is raking it in late night. You've been warned. In Oregon it is against the Law to Pump your own Gas which is what led to this Major Error. Today I drove up to the station to get my usual $20.00 in the 89 Octane. As the Pump was Out of Service the young lady directed me to another pump and asked if I was still filling it with Regular. I stated no that I wanted "89" and thought that by saying "filling", she meant the $20 like I originally Requested. In Oregon they usually stick the Nozzle in your Tank while they wait on other Customers, coming back once your requested allotment Clicks Off which is why I hadn't notice the extra Charge. She proceeded to fill the Tank on my 95 Chevy Van which came to $85.00, stating that by using the term "filling" she actually meant "filling it up". Needless to say, I was Pissed and Damn Lucky I didn't Overdraw my Bank Account !!! read more

Hmmm...writing a review about a gas station. Not something I would have expected to do. But, here I am. This is actually a great station. It is very convenient (corner of Pacific and 3rd (i.e., 101 and OR-6)). The staff is both friendly and helpful. They are always very polite. Ask if you want the tank topped off. Always tell you to have a nice day upon taking your leave. Small things, but those really do make the difference. My Pekingese would also want me to mention the fact that they always offer (and give) her doggie treats whenever she's in the car with me and we're getting gas. The food mart is fine--typical stuff here, nothing out of the ordinary. You do have a few other options around, but generally speaking, if there is no line here, here is where I go. read more

Was totally disappointed in the price gouging for a gallon of milk in a town know for its dairy. Paid a few pennies shy of $6 for 1 gallon of milk. Come on people this isn't a chocolate bar, this is a staple item needed for kids to be healthy. In light of no milk or dwindling supplies at the grocery store, these owners of the shell station are despicable. read more
