Of course I'm going update my review!!! I had the pleasure to have Third Eye part of my wedding! Now this review is from my experience as their customer!! First off... communication is very smooth! & prompt service was what they provided for me! (I Love how their customer service how it's always ON POINT) They made my planning so easy I cannot wait to use them again! Selections of backdrop was pretty awesome... I was planning one thing but once the backdrop examples were given I ended up picking a different one! ^_^ (it happens!) They also provide different picture layouts - As you can see I HAD to use my custom anime of me and my husband.. again all you have to do is send them the file and BOOM!! You're all set~~~! This is something ALL AGES will def enjoy (as you can see my mom and her friends had the most fun!) It's awesome how a simple photo booth stand can brighten up the other half of the wedding! I'm so sad to be writing this review. Third Eye Photo was so great and communicative up through the wedding, but since our wedding back in March, we have STILL not heard back from them regarding receive copies of our photos from the booth. I've contacted them multiple times via phone, email, Facebook, Instagram.... we even asked our wedding coordinator to reach out and it has been absolutely radio silence. It has now been 6 months since our wedding and I'm very frustrated that we haven't heard anything. Our guest book is a photo album and we were hoping to populate it with photos from our photographer and photobooth, this is SUCH a disappointment that we have not hear anything in the various attempts to contact. I write this to let future brides and grooms know that if they were hoping to get a copy of the wedding photos post-wedding, this may not be your vendor. read more

Super communicative and easy to work with leading up to the wedding, and they let us pick out our layout of the photo strips to print, as well as the background fabric of the photo booth. They even worked with us down to the very specifics of what background color gradient we wanted on the printout strips to ensure it matched with the rest of our wedding's color schemes (probably a bit annoying to them lol but they were so gracious and helpful). The day of the wedding was great, they showed up on time, with everything needed included great props, and were so friendly and fun. Used them for my wedding back in January after two of my cousins had used them for their wedding. We decided to add the slow-mo booth for the last hour. After reading the reviews I am still scratching my head as to why we received such horrible service. I had to constantly follow up with them and go days without a response. I had also expressed that I did not want to design and review the template the week of the wedding so can we please do it sooner, but no response. The week of our wedding their graphic designer, Yuri FINALLY contacted me. Yuri was really the only thing great about the experience, Yuri was quick and responsive the complete opposite of the rest of the company. Again, we had paid them to do a photobooth for the first half and a slow mo booth for the last contracted hour. My guests loved the photobooth but the only portion my husband and I got to use was the slow mo booth. After the wedding I contacted them after realizing my husband and I never received the slow mo booth video. (Yes we checked our spam folder too.) I then reached out to my guests who had used it and they confirmed they did not receive them either. I contacted them before we left on our honeymoon since they had also failed to send the USB with all of my guests photos they had promised. Our wedding was at the end of January, when did we finally receive the USB? IN MARCH. It took a month and a half for them to send a USB. To them "since no one was really used the booth" we felt it wasn't a priority for them to look into. It took THREE WEEKS of trying to contact them their response? "We searched and, unfortunately, we cannot recover the few slow mo videos that were taken. I am really sorry and would like to offer you a refund of $70.00, which is a bit more than the additional service charge for the Slow-Mo." At that point I told them to keep their $70, working with them anymore is no longer worth it. read more
