After researching over two dozen photo booth companies, I finally booked the Funmaker Photo Booth for my daughter's 15th Birthday for several reasons: 1. Tam communicated very well with us. 2. Tam provided us with a free sample of photo strips, so that we could see the actual product. 3. Tam was professional and very friendly during the entire process. He was extremely easy to work with. 4. Tam arrived 1.5 hours before our scheduled event. 5. Within 2 days after the event, all of the pictures were accessible online and could be downloaded free of charge. 6. The table filled with props provided our guests with a lot of fun! 7. Late review post-wedding: Funmaker was one of our favorite wedding vendors! Very responsive, punctual, easy to work with, professional -- all qualities you desire in a vendor but don't always get. Awesome prices for photobooth packages, and I did quite a bit of shopping around. We opted not to go for the scrapbook option so our guests could take home both of the copies. I think you can opt for unlimited copies for an extra fee instead of just doubles. Great props included in the price, although I supplemented with a few of my own. :) Would definitely use Funmaker again and have already given referrals to a few of my friends! read more

This review is overdue! I recently hired Funmaker at my wedding in August in Long Beach. Tam, the owner, has made the whole process easy and enjoyable. He responded very promptly. Not only that, he was very friendly on the phone and gave us the most honest and useful advice. I also contacted other companies at that time, and many of them really were trying to rip us off. Funmaker's price was definitely very reasonable. Being able to have a phone consultation with Tam definitely helped us to make our decision in a heart beat. On the day of the event, Brendi showed up on time with all of her gear. Our guests enjoyed it! And all the photos became available online within 2-3 days, very efficient! And guess what, Tam's service did not just end that night. I reached out to him because I was trying to get actual printed photos that my fiancé and I took that night. At first glance, this seems like just a normal Photobooth. But its not. Its like the TARDIS of all photobooths. Time freezes as you carefully and soberly pose for each picture with great concentration. Funmaker? More like FunDONTLETTHISNIGHTEVEREND. Tons of props and you can go from color photos to black and white. Whoa, talk about the greatest invention from the 21st century. Who needs an iphone camera when you can just hire Tam and his photobooth. Lets just say Tam is way better than dealing with Siri. But in all seriousness, Tam came to one of the theme parties I was at in Downtown LA and it was so much fun. No issues with the photobooth and I got to use a mustache prop (he had tons more, but I was pretty attached to the mustache). Printed out photos in like two seconds, I dont even think I was out of the booth when I say the photos print out. I booked the Funmaker Photobooth for my Birthday Party at a local bar. Tam, the owner was super easy to work with and had great communication. Some of the other companies I had called around to were sloppy with follow up and I just got fed up and called Funmaker instead. I was refereed by a friend who had booked them for her sisters wedding reception with great success! They arrived early & set up quickly. The table with props added extra fun to the whole experience for me and my friends. I especially like how it really is a booth that you go into, old school like the ones you find at a fair or the movie theater. I noticed that other companies just set up a tri-pod with a camera and you take the photos out in the open which is not as much fun. We used Funmaker Photobooth for a company event recently. Tam was great with all the questions and information he provided up until the day of the event. They set up in plenty of time for the event and had a table with a variety of fun props for the guest to choose from. I think that everyone had a great time and let loose, I know I went in several times with different people as they came through the day! John ( the attendee) was great in holding the curtin since it was a bit windy outside and made sure we knew that they would be provided also online.
