My health information on the POLYSOMNOGRAPHY REPORT says "The patient's comprehensive subjective sleep disorders questionnaire was not completed due to a language barrier," this is insane to me as I speak perfect English. The appointment went fine, but I was then referred to Cassandra to schedule a follow up to see what my options were. This last communication happened in September 2024. Today at 5:39 AM, I receive an extremely vague email saying my health information is available if I click a link. I try multiple times to log in with my gmail, to success might I add, but every time I log in it redirects me back to gmail to click the link and start the process over again. I cannot access, nor do I even know what is supposed to be found with this link. I email Cassandra and she tells me to log into gmail which I have already done and there is no further help. I called and left a voicemail and well as a text expressing my frustrations, but am waiting to hear back any resolution. I'm publicly posting this here as I think it's rather unacceptable to be reached out to a year after receiving services and in such a vague scammy way. This company needs to do better at keeping their communication with their patients in check, I was supposed to have a follow up last year, and when I didn't ever hear back, I knew I would not want to continue working with this company. This email put a further bad taste in my mouth, I should not be directed to Canva to click another link that leads to me having to login to Gmail multiple times to no end. During my first session, I was already disappointed. They promised a full treatment that included UV light therapy, but once I was already connected to the machine, I was told they couldn't perform that part because they didn't have the proper tubing. No one informed me ahead of time. The second session was far more concerning. The procedure was handled by a nurse who openly stated she had only been there a few months and had no prior experience with EBOO treatments. She began the procedure unsupervised. During the session, the tubing clogged twice, interrupting the process, that was something that didn't happen in the first session. After that session, my health quickly declined. Within three days, I ended up in the ER with pneumonia and symptoms close to a heart attack. According to the doctor, this was likely due to excessive ozone exposure, which can cause oxidative stress and damage to cells, as well as complications affecting the heart and lungs. Months later, I am still dealing with the consequences and now require inhalers. Before this, I was a very healthy and active person, I regularly biked and hiked. I went in simply looking for a treatment that was advertised as a way to "clean and oxygenate" my blood. Instead, I walked away with permanent health issues. Communication and accountability were also unacceptable. I tried contacting the person who sold me the package (Ben) while I was in the hospital and received no response. The only time I heard back was after I threatened to dispute the credit card charge, and even then, there was no concern expressed, no follow-up, and no attempt to offer solutions despite me being hospitalized for several days. There was no doctor on-site supervising the procedure or ensuring patient safety. That alone should raise serious concerns for anyone considering this treatment.
