Service was super pleasant and fast. Space seemed clean. I tried the chai latte (which is the 3 stars) with almond milk. It was ok, nothing to rave about. Will give the coffee a try.

Very cute coffee chain I stepped into to get my coffee fix and decided to go with their spring favorite, the lavender honey latte, which was totally too sweet for me! However, I like the fact that it is honey and lavender mixed together, knowing that lavender calms you down. Honey always makes a perfect blend in coffee. Ambience is very chill here. Lots of seating for couples, friends and family. Small coffee tables with mirrors on the walls for selfies. Place looks industrial with high ceilings and very cute lighting. There's a self serve counter with all types of condiments, lids, milk, and napkins so you don't need to line up or ask the barista for condiments. Very convenience!

Spanish Latte

The spanish latte reminds me of how coffee is made in the Dominican republic. Coffee with condensed milk and sugar. Good quality coffee.

Think Coffee is a convenient spot in SoHo, right in the middle of where I usually shop. The location is nice and central, yet not overly crowded considering the area. It's definitely a bigger space compared to some of their other branches, which makes it easier to find a seat. I've stopped in a couple of times to hang out, grab a quick breakfast, and get some work done while waiting for the stores to open. I had their breakfast burrito and it was decent nothing fancy, but it hit the spot. The cafe is clean, the staff is friendly, and service is quick. The crowd is a mix of locals, tourists, and shoppers which is exactly what you'd expect in SoHo.

Matcha latte

Cute spot! Caramel iced latte was delish and my matcha latte was legit- I personally like it a little on the sweeter side so I added simple syrup. Got a croissant and banana chocolate chip muffin. Both were decent. Bathroom was clean. Staff was not the friendliest.

I visited Think Coffee in SoHo during my stay in New York, and just like last year, the coffee was excellent. The baristas are young, professional, and clearly know what they're doing. I ordered a cappuccino, and as someone who has worked in gastronomy and has barista training, I really appreciate when it's done properly. The milk temperature was perfect, the foam was smooth, and the coffee itself was well balanced - not acidic, just very pleasant and full-bodied. I also love that you can choose to have your coffee served in a real ceramic cup, not only in a paper to-go cup. That small detail makes a big difference. Great quality, great atmosphere, and consistently good coffee. I'll definitely be back whenever I'm in NYC again.

Graham cracker latte - hot

Stopped by for a quick pick me up and it wasn't too busy. The workers looked right at us as we walked in but didn't say anything. We luckily found an empty table and placed our stuff down. There was several people hanging out on their computers. We looked over the menu and decided on two drinks. One hot graham cracker latte and one iced graham cracker latte with soy milk. Ordering was awkward as the worker did a lot of staring and didn't speak.... The drinks took about 15 minutes or so and they called them out when ready. My iced drink was pretty good and not too strong. My friend said he didn't care for the hot one. Bathroom was clean.

Iced matcha latte

Ordered an iced matcha in the afternoon. The line was really long and several ppl left due to the wait. Sadly the quality of the beverage was a miss. It didn't taste great! I've had this at other locations and it was great. Maybe need some staff to help out the people working.

Pretty nice cafe to stop by for a pit stop. Clean interior, lots of seating, and my experience with the staff was normal. They were helpful in getting my order done and answering a quick question. They have a water station too, everything seems to be quite clean. Coffee was kind of whatever, but I was very happy with my visit as I was looking for a place to relax.

AVOID THIS SOHO SPOT! 30-45 minute bathroom line & lied about espresso machine being broken (just stops working at 6 pm). Incompetence & dishonesty.

Spanish latte $5.95 small
Peter L.

Got spanish latte which supposedly has condensed milk but i harfly tasted any. However the latte was roasty, nutty with a nice aroma. This leads me to believe their coffee is prob solid. The cafe is almost like a cafeteria & huge with lots of tables & seats. $5.50 for a small cup of latte was a bit excessive. As others mention the young staff were not very engaging & more interested at themselves. There is only 1 bathroom.

Ambience is relaxing and has a very unique design for studying or working. Mocha is 6/10, it just was average and a bit too sweet. I had better mochas for sure. Service is nice and the guy working there is handsome.

iced vanilla latte
Justin T.

I loved the ambience of this place! The indoor seating was plentiful, and I enjoyed how clean the aesthetic felt. In terms of drinks, I also really enjoyed my iced vanilla latte -- it tasted really good for some reason compared to other vanilla lattes I've had before. On the other hand, I was pretty disappointed by the iced matcha latte with oat milk, which really just tasted like oat milk and lacked a strong matcha flavor.

The "gentleman " behind the counter, making the drinks has a terrible attitude. Must really hate his job.

Is it loud? Is there music playing?

They have music playing, not too loud. Some parts of the cafe are further away from the speakers. A lot of people on their laptops with headphones!

We only wanted coffee & tea yet after reading about their cookies, we bought 2! First, my English Breakfast tea was outstanding. The brand, serendipiTea. So good I didn't need to add sugar. They gave me the option of adding maple syrup. I added some Oat milk, it was delicious. Then after my 5th sip of tea I had the most delicious peanut butter gluten free cookie. So good! My hubby loved his coffee and chocolate chip cookies, he was speechless. Love this place.

The space is cozy with some seating, and apparently they have award-winning cookies... which I unfortunately cannot personally confirm because I had already eaten enough breakfast to feed a small village. I stuck with a vanilla latte. The coffee was good, the service was nice, and the space was welcoming. But the CHANDeliers?! Absolutely gorgeous and definitely one of the first things I noticed. I'd love to come back when I'm actually hungry enough to investigate these allegedly award-winning cookies because clearly I have unfinished business here. Cute spot, good coffee, gorgeous chandeliers--and apparently cookies that have trophies. I need answers.

In a very busy part of town I was expecting this location to be packed with tourists and long lines…read morehowever thankfully that was not the case. We ordered einspanners and they were delicious. They had a tiramisu einspanner on the menu and I'm curious as to what that would taste like given the regular one felt very much like tiramisu. The sweet cream was super thick and velvety and a delicious dessert type coffee. I loved it! The bathroom was also very clean

Ten Thousand is a Korean chain (three spots in Manhattan now, plus outposts in Taipei and LA) and…read moreeveryone comes for the einspanner. I don't drink coffee. So I went in for the Green Tangerine Matcha Ade, which is the drink they should be talking about more. The green tangerine is the Jeju cheonggyul thing, the unripe fruit picked before it sweetens, so you get a sharper, almost yuzu-adjacent bitterness instead of orange juice sweetness. That's the right call against matcha. Grassy tea, tart citrus, light sugar, actual carbonation that hadn't gone flat by the time I got to the bottom. The matcha stayed suspended too, which is harder than it sounds in soda water. Dried citrus wheel on top is a real garnish, not a sad afterthought. Staff were genuinely into it. I asked what grade of matcha they use and how it's built, and got straight answers with zero eye-rolling. Rare at a counter-service spot at 1410 Broadway, where most places are just moving the garment district lunch crowd through. It's eight bucks for a fizzy tea. That's steep, and the room is basically a lobby cafe with very little seating, so this is a grab-and-walk-to-Bryant-Park situation, not a linger. Still, if you're a tea person stuck in a coffee city, this is one of the better cold matcha drinks in Midtown right now. Better balanced than Kijitora's peach fizz, which leans sweet. Order it, skip the seating, don't expect quiet.

A great stop on a walk!…read more Kijitora is a really cute cafe and i absolutely loved the interior of the store. On the right side there's a wall of stickers and stationary that I think you can miss if you're not looking. The staff was on top of it, I usually don't order drinks and I had just stopped by here randomly so I hadn't prepared my usual order details and the cashier made sure to clarify everything just in case; sweetened, ice, milk or substitute, etc. And the drink was made on the spot and quite fast I got my drink within two minutes which I found impressive as a line had soon formed in the shop right as I came. I got the hojicha, which I find most shops can't do well. Theirs is really solid though! Not the best I've had but I think it's hard to knock my socks off in general for hojicha and very good compared to the average hojicha Ive tasted in my life. I don't remember there being place for you to sit or if there was it was only one or two places. the shop was a bit small but enough to accommodate a small line inside comfortably.
