She assured me she understood and told me to trust her. Unfortunately, the result was the exact opposite of what I had asked for. It felt like my concerns weren't listened to, and months of progress toward growing my brows back have now been undone. Brows take weeks to grow back and often months to reshape, so it's incredibly disappointing to feel like I'm starting over. What made the experience even more frustrating was that I spent a significant amount of time explaining exactly what I was trying to accomplish because I wanted to avoid this outcome. I left feeling like I had wasted both my time and the progress I'd made over the past few months. The treatments are not relaxing... they are in a communal room, youre on a plastic table getting scrubbed with buckets of water thrown on you and lube up with enough oil for a Diddy freak off. I'm not interested in supporting places that single out riders or create an unwelcoming environment for people simply based on how they arrive. It's a shame, because the facility itself has always been solid and I used to enjoy coming here. But culture matters. If a business doesn't want to be welcoming to the riding community, that's their choice--but it also means they won't be getting any more of my business. Plenty of other places out there that are happy to welcome everyone who walks through the door. ‍
