I initially only thought we needed a few things done, and he was able to help repair multiple things (toilets, faucets, washer connections, etc.). Jacob was thorough, helped us diagnosis a problem we didn't even know we had (cracked toilet), and even went pick up the new toilet at the store. He did all of the work needed quickly and effectively. His prices were fair and reasonable. He also hauled away the trash/old toilet!! I was able to get a plumber out the following day, and he quickly and professionally assessed the problem and wrote up a quote. He stayed responsive the whole time--text, Yelp, and phone--so I never had any issues with communication. Payment options were flexible too: you can pay upfront, or choose a zero-APR option if paid within 24 months. There are also lower monthly payment options, but those do come with interest. They may be expensive, but the job will be done right....at least according to the plumber I met.

He explain everything that he was doing on detailed and the reason for each step. They did a super comprehensive check inside, outside and underneath the house trying to find a low flowing leak. When the service team repaired the leak, they took photos of the bathroom. From the moment he first arrived, his professionalism and expertise was evident.
