My wife and I were in need of a humidifier. After a first opinion without much resolution, we came…read moreacross Armando at Premium Heating and Cooling as a recommendation from my Brother in Law. Armando scheduled us for an on-site inspection. Armando came up with a plan that was tailored to our personal situation. His recommendations were based on some medical issues that my wife and I encounter frequently, mainly allergies and sinus infections. Armando was very professional and very open to answering my questions. He even made some minor adjustments and suggestions prior to any actual jobs that he recommended. He sent us a detailed plan with recommended jobs, reasons why & benefits, pricing. He is very knowledgeable. We weren't forced nor felt pressured. Armando was very up front and sharing what he felt should be priority. This was good because it helped my wife and I budget for these jobs. Armando, scheduled us for Martin Luther King Day. The day worked for us. Armando arrived early on a day when most would have off. He came in with a positive attitude. He was very personable. He took his time working on the humidifier. You can tell Armando takes pride in what he does. It shows in his work. We have 3 more jobs pending but we're looking to get those going. For anybody living in the area, I highly recommend Premium and Heating. They mainly take on larger business jobs but do take on some residential. I would encourage calling and asking.

I just received an unexpected thank-you gift from State Automatic. It is a lunchbox-sized cooler…read more It will hold a couple of sandwiches and a can of soda, and it seems perfect for a lunch break at the pond near my home. But that's not all. There is also a package of delicious-looking cookies. Unfortunately, I am not allowed to have them. That doesn't mean I won't have them. I am just not allowed to have them. After all, at 70 years of age, I am just a big kid at heart. Thank you to State Automatic for the gifts. My final thought is that State Automatic's staff is guilty of contributing to the delinquency of a US Navy Veteran, Senior Citizen, and Retired VA Employee!!! Again, thank you!!! Jeffrey K.

Be skeptical of promised manufacturer rebates…read more It is unfortunate that I have to write this because the consultation and installation of the ductless mini splits for our basement went just fine. The issue is that we were told we woukd be getting a significant sum reimbursed to us in manufacturer rebates and were told at point of installation that it would be handled by installer. The rebates never materialized and we asked to know what happened and the company said they would contact manufacturer for follow up and claimed that we should have already received them, but we had not. They did say they wpuld contact the manufacturer for a follow through. That was the last contact we could get. Since then we have been ghosted, calls are not picked up nor are messages returned. We have been trying to get an answer on that follow through and we can get no updates back. Very unfortunate that the matter is being ignored.

I immediately called David because he has done excellent work for me before. He came in and gave everything a thorough inspection and gave me options of how to resolve my issues. David is the kind of person that will renew your faith and trust in businesses in a world nowadays where almost everyone is trying to take advantage and have no mercy. I would say this is a 5 STAR+ business.
