We pulled over to Loves Fuel depot on I-25 and they recommended Grabers Diesel Repair. The Graber team removed the tire, the metal, and used a repair plug but the hole diameter was too large so they installed the spare tire. Then they called several tire shops in Cheyenne and found a Firestone tire shop which was open. All in all, Grabers' spent about an hour plus with us and didn't charge for their time and materials. I knew there was a Floyd's Truck Center in Cheyenne, so I called their service department and I talked to Andy. Andy told me they'd get my truck diagnosed as soon as they could... but that it would probably be the following afternoon, as they had a few trucks ahead of me. I arrived at Floyd's a couple hours before closing time and Andy got my truck checked in. I was able to sleep in my truck that night (so glad I didn't have to spend money on a hotel). The next morning at 7:00am Floyd's began diagnosing my truck (sooner than I expected!) I walked across the road to the drivers lounge and did a load of laundry and started watching the movie Castaway. Before the movie ended I got a call from the service desk informing me that my Freightliner was ready to roll. Floyd's had my truck diagnosed and road-ready within 3 hours!! Unbelievable! This business was obviously not busy and the was a clear spot in the lot to park that was out of the way so I took it. We sat there for about an hour or two before someone came knocking at our door to say, "this is private property you need to move" knowing full and well there is literally no where to park. So we had to run around and find a new spot. Luckily we actually found one in the sea of hundred of trucks parked in the lot and all over the side of the road. We set up a time to meet and look at the camper. Over the next few days I asked Jamie to provide similar styles that met our wants/needs. We had to reschedule a few times due to life and Jamie was extremely patient with us. We finally met on Friday and did a complete walkthrough of the Wayfinder Go Explorer LTD. Jamie went over finance options with us and told us the camper would be ready for pickup the following day. The quickest experience I have ever had purchasing anything of this size. Jamie wasn't pushing us to purchase anything or get into something we weren't comfortable with. The following day we finalized the financing and were given a complete overview by Ryan. He explained every component on our new camper and adjusted the weight distribution hitch on our truck.

That level of customer service is becoming increasingly rare, and it is something we truly appreciate. We actually drive from Colorado to Cheyenne, Wyoming specifically to have Bish's RV take care of our Brinkley fifth wheel, that says everything about how highly we regard them. We have had experiences with other dealerships in Colorado that couldn't be more different and Bish's has shown us what a dealership service department should be. Having owned a car dealership ourselves, I understand firsthand that service is what keeps the doors open, selling someone an RV is only the beginning of the relationship. What really matters is how you treat that customer when they need you afterward. Stephanie and Kara clearly understand that and they demonstrated every time we interact with them. We unfortunately purchased our fifth wheel from Blue Compass, Longmont, in Colorado and our experience with their service department has been the complete opposite. We have struggled to get calls returned have had difficulty getting warranty work and have repeatedly been unable to get the service we need. As a result, we are willing to make the drive to Cheyenne because we know we will be treated with respect and actually get help. Bish's RV has earned our business and trust. So he set up the appointment for 10 a.m. on the 4th. 10 came, no Rob. 11 came, no Rob. I called him but no answer. Left several messages. No response. Texted him with no response either. Definitely not a man of his word. I would expected he wouldn't want to come out on July 4th but he is the one who wanted to do it on the 4th. Call anyone else as you can't count on Rob.
