Where to begin!!!!…read more Since Home Depot aka Home Deportation has agreed to team up with ICE, and whistle blow on hard working folks who may lack documentation, I no longer patronize them.... I've not patronized them for about a year now.. Nore will I EVER, again... The last month or so, I've been patronizing Lowe's and I'm over the moon with their customer service and attention to detail as a whole.. I ordered a shed from this location and the gentlemen (plural) with whom helped me order the shed were nothing short of fantastical! I then happened upon Anthony (not sure of last name, BUT... he loves animals as much as me!! He's the cat guy there in Hicksville)... Awesome customer care from Anthony as well. Friendly staff and super attentive. Yesterday, 10.3.26, at the last minute I stopped off at Lowe's in Hicksville for last minute paint purchase... I wanted to start painting the shed in which I purchased with the help of Lowe's... I happened upon Scott in the paint dept. Simply fantastic! Ultra knowledgeable, attentive, superior interpersonal communication skills; Scott's ability to think fast on his feet is rather impressive. I'm rather surprised about some of the negative posts... I've never had a negative experience at this location. I've only awesome thoughts to share regarding Lowes's in Hicksville... As a small business owner, my "bar" is always high re: customer care and I expect the same and MORE FROM LARGE BUSINESSES... Lowe's delivers that and then some... Kudos to Anthony and Scott!!
