A wonderful place to relax while being surrounded by nature, a real natural lake - where you can swim in :-), lots of different sauna's and steamrooms, jacuzzi, swimmingpools all very neat.
The smell in the aroma sauna, strangely enough, was very odd and muffy.....yikes
The energy is very laid back and there is quiet everywhere, no loud noices or ppl talking loudly
We've visited both the naked and bathingsuit area and both of them are very wonderful. The naked area is much bigger though and we prefered that one.
The area is very beautiful during the day, with lots of loungebeds in the garden to relax and warm stone beds inside very relaxing!
When evening falls, the whole area is turned into a very cozy place with very soft and warm lights everywhere.......very fairy-tale-ish
One very big down side for me was that the staff both at the reception and both of the resto's/bars are extremely unfriendly.......they do not smile, ever not even when someone is very friendly towards them, they radiate a verrrry depressed energy, like all of them are really not happy to be working there or being at a funeral......it was really disturbing.
Many ppl who already had been there have told me that, sadly enough I have to confim it.
They should really do something about that!!
The man who was doing the 'Aufgies-sessions' in the different sauna's, was very friendly and helpful.
We noticed at the entrance more staff members, waiting, who we assumed were there to give the different massages you can book. Those staff members were very friendly ànd all of them knew how to smile...
It would be nice and more relaxing and it would benefit the experience, if ALL the staffmembers would act like they did........
So although the place itself is wonderful, the attitude of the staff holds me (and apparantely many more ppl) back from visiting this place again. read more
