We went everywhere, even when you get a message you can hear the crowd in the background mingle. It is really disturbing and annoying. We came here to disconnect from the busy lifestyle and world we live in and what we got instead was more noise. We tried every steam room, every sauna, pools even the so called quiet relaxation area was loud. Really annoying. The dining room is even worse. I felt like I was in a school cafeteria! Never again!

Belgium has still a lot to learn (and a lot to gain) from proper wellness business. Let's get started: The PROs: - Infrastructure and atmosphere are relatively good, especially on summer days with the entire park next to the castle made available for sunbathing. (no textile allowed there apart from your bathrobe though. So if you are rather prudish, forget about it and keep to the textile area) - Various saunas and steambaths available for every taste, as well as a nice pool of respectable size and a couple hottubs/jacuzzis. - The food from the Restaurant was OK-Brasserie quality and the prices were typical from what you find in Brussels. (I haven't tried it since they changed the menu though) The CONs: - The staff. Seriously, in a wellness center, these are the people supposed to make you feel good. Instead, most of the time, they gave you the feeling you are a burden to them. (and this applies from the massage therapists to the restaurant waiters. For the reception the experience was variable. Sometimes fine, sometimes not.) Not good at all. - No water (fountain, etc.) available for free in between the saunas. And you are forbidden to bring your own. This seems rather a cheap way to force you to buy the 1L water bottle at the bar for €4,5 - The price. €32 per person for a day entry. Compare to Therme Erding in Germany where you pay 38€ for the day and you get access to a complex 10 times the size of this one, with a caring staff, plenty of restaurant options, dozens of different saunas and relaxation areas, one of the best slides area in Europe, this suddenly sounds overpriced. - The locker room distribution: when arriving at the spa, you get assigned a locker in the locker room. It seems they have a rather lousy computer system as each time we got there we were assigned a locker directly next to other peope who also just arrived while other sections were completely empty. And as there isn't really a changing cabin for each person (only one per section), this makes it rather awkward for everyone. Conclusion: Again, like other places in Belgium, it is the current service low level and the rather overpriced day entry which keep this place from becoming a 5-star must-go. These are easy fixes and if the management cares about his customers, it will take action.

Rain showers, panoramic sauna, water tunnels, swimming pools in and outside, salt water bath with underwater music where you can drift away... They are still expanding, now there is a jacuzzi outside too. The restaurant is fantastic, I've tried almost everything from the menu and it's all delicious. Tasty big fries! A large choice of healthy and more special drinks. Water with fresh mint, lemon or orange is included in the price. I often take a package, the lobster package is my favourite, very reasonably priced... Or a combi ticket wellness/fitness, check their website for prices and reservations. From time to time they are on Groupon and do -50% actions on the entrance prices (on the site) . The fitness is spacious and always almost empty when I go there in daytime, so it's more relaxing than those places in the city stuffed with sweatty people. I usually stay about five hours and in that case I cannot do everything, so if you really want to do everything you should count a whole day... They do treatments and massages as well, haven't tried them yet.

At least this is what I thought was the intention, because you only celebrate half a century once! When they arrive, they casually say that this does not apply DURING the school holidays. My children and those of my partner who was with me have their last exams today and as a result the Christmas holidays will not start until 27/12/21! Not possible, WW was completely full and the voucher could not be used, strange because I could still book and reserve?! In previous years this was never a problem ON MY BIRTHDAY. It is a pity that no more effort could be made here towards the customer and please do not give a voucher on someone's birthday if it is not possible to use it. I don't see the point in it and with a little empathy, smile and customer care this would have been a nice experience. Unfortunately, the empathy and open-mindedness were lacking. No problem paying this afternoon, but don't use the gift voucher next time and respect the holiday periods. Sometimes a little kindness and out of the box thinking is worth a lot more! 1 customer more or less doesn't make a difference, but it certainly does for me!

Spasiba is well located on Boulevard de Waterloo. There is plenty of parking outside, so no stress. On arrival you are given a thick cotton dressing gown and comfortable slippers. Then you go through the doors and enter a safe haven of calm. A waiting room lit by candle lights, with oriental sofa beds filled with cushions and curtains for privacy. A sauna and a hammam are also an option prior your massage. After using the spa facilities, relaxing and drinking a infused tea which is placed at your disposal on a table in the waiting room, you are called for your massage. By the time it is finished you can go back to the waiting room and relax, use the spa or take a shower and go home. Last time my massage was so relaxing that I slept for 2 hours straight after! I would give you the names of the masseurs I recommend but if I do that then I might not be able to get appointments for myself any more! I recommend this place and for you to discover!!

Maybe not the cheapest offer but the teacher, ambiance, spotless facilities, their amazing client service is worth every penny. Less Zara shopping this month I've also tried their back massage and it was fantastic. I look forward to different ones, even though they are a bit pricey. Last, they have all kind of events and special wellness days which all sound interesting. It's a place where you can really leave behind your worries and enjoy some time for yourself! Great experience Had the Deesse ritual…read more For only 65€ had a full body treatment, they applied black soap while layer down on warm table (it was very relaxing as a massage) before entering the steam room alone (they respect the distancing of client between appointments) than they put me back on those warm table were they clear me off the soap with warm water from bolls (very nice feeling) than I had a full body scrub they washed my hair and applied a rich mask with gentle scalp massage (had to add 20€ for that extra service, really worth the price) so I was fully cleaned before getting a rehydrating massage in a treatment room by experts hand So for 85€ I had a full head to feet treatment, I really loved it and I had the spa for myself!!! :-) I recommend Next time I add the foot cocoon service (20€ only) - they don't have cards payment But it was really Worth it.
