I'm unsure if they have a card reader now but please pay on treatwell's site if you want to pay by card, thankfully Maria took us to a bank ATM for us to withdraw cash to pay for our massages, 103 euros. We had initially booked an early morning time but when we arrived, Nadia informed us that we had to come back later as there wasn't a second person, since we weren't busy, we didn't mind. I do think they need to work on this part though. Monitor the treatwell site better so that this doesn't continue to happen, it can be off putting for most people. Nadia and Maria were the two masseuses who did the massages for us. The massages felt great and they were very kind. Although the room setup was strange to us but as we were in Belgium, we didn't think otherwise. It was a dark room with curtains set up between the massage tables and the music was soothing. Great relaxing massages, the hour flew by quickly.

I went today on June 22 with one coupon and was going to add one hour massage time. They told me quite rudely that it had expired four days ago (even though there is no mention anywhere of an expiration date, and anyway with Covid-19 it would have been difficult to come much earlier). I am disappointed that they would not make a commercial gesture--not even a discount for the first hour, not a word of commiseration, nothing!-- and will therefore never return.

However please note that the Tibetan massages are a bit "strong".. The idea is to make the pain go away, not so much to relax every thing. I absolutely love it because i have the impression that when I go, the masseur takes it at heart to "fight" my pain until it is gone. But my husband, who is a bit sensitive there didn't like it much. I also tried their accupuncture foot massage once : oh it was heaven! Please note: not everybody speaks French nor English in this center. The manager does, but not the masseuses always. We then went to another room for the full body massage. The neck and back were very good, not enough pressure and time spent on the rest of the body in my opinion. While we both opted for the same massage they did not do exactly the same thing on both of us. My boyfriend throughly enjoyed it, but we both agree that the legs and other parts of the body were a bit quick.
