What happened next was the most horrifying situation we have ever experienced in our lives and that of our children. If you are looking for help in your relationship or proper guidance BEWARE of this practice. When Melissa realized we had money she went after that as fast as she could. She quickly told us that my wife needed EMDR therapy and she had to do it alone. After getting my wife in her office alone she spent the sessions trying to convince her to call her friend and lawyer Laura Giovannetti. My wife finally decided she had to call and our lives quickly turned upside down. This is a production line office and once in the pipeline the connections are used to extract as much money from the client. This practice is unethical, destructive and dangerous. The production line continued with the lawyer as well. Don't waste your hard earned money at this office. You would be better burning it. Melissa is fake and lies. She is an dishonest broker. Stay away or you will regret the outcome.

When Jennifer started with us we thought she was great. It became a nightmare very quickly. She was to conduct a report for our lawyers after evaluating myself, my ex husband, and my daughter. My ex husband at the time had some issues with alcohol and since been identified as neglectful towards our child. When it was time to publish the report, she kept giving excuses and giving different dates to publish. TWO YEARS went by and the report was never published. My attorney as well as myself reached out to her multiple times, showed up to her office, she completely avoided us. We had to have a judge ORDER HER to complete the report. She still did not do that. She ended up having to return us our money we paid her and even then it's an injustice. Wasted time, wasted money, and even worse my own child warmed up to her and asking "why don't I go to see Ms. Jennifer anymore?" The most unprofessional experience I have ever incurred at the hands of a "licensed professional" and I will be filing a formal complaint with the board. This person shouldn't even hold a license.

I am going to share part…read moreof one of my most traumatizing moments- I was 12, something very bad happened to me and I ran away from home and called a runaway hotline for help. I told them that there was abuse in my household, drugs, alcohol- it was a bad situation. I held onto what had happened to me, afraid to say it out loud. I asked to speak to my Aunt. They told me she wanted to pick me up, to speak in person, so I gave the address of where I was. They lied to me- the man that raised me was waiting outside, my abuser. I remember opening the door and having fear grip me. I got into the car and he hit me several times and then held a gun to my head and threatened to kill everyone I loved if I ever spoke of what happened to me. ***Now- this treatment literally helped me disconnect the gripping fear that this memory invoked. Let me say that again- I went from crying while telling this story to feeling like the image of him standing against the car was just an old picture, in a matter of minutes. Completely disconnected. Even now, typing this would probably have me in tears- in fear and I am fine. I know several people who have been in therapy most of their life- that's insane to me. Obviously treatment isn't working if you have to keep going for decades. I've done therapy before and it was nothing like this. This treatment has been around for 30 years It has the scientific backing and it is widely unknown! EMDR- do research if you have severe traumas that affect your life.
