Staff claimed they only had 2 rooms they had to alternate patients. So my husband had a 10:15am appt got called in at 12:15pm and still waiting inside. Waste of a whole morning and afternoon. They would called patients who had just walked in and your still sitting there waiting. Do not know what kind of alternating they are doing.

I was really looking for an office that was close to my apt. so I could walk there without a problem. The other chiropractors treated my back pain like a catastrophe. They wanted physical therapy, 3-4 times a week when I just wanted an adjustment with some exercises to do at home. I went to 3 different offices before finding this one. This chiro is chatty but not in a fake way. He asked very relevant question for my situation and answered my concerns, and gave suggestion as to the type of exercises that I can do while in my third trimester. If i come in and tell them I'm having shoulder pain or a specific back pain, they are able to work out that muscle at my session and I always come out feeling so much better. They also let me know if something is off or feels tight. This is important since most forms of pain relief is not an option for me. The only thing I would say I do not like about the office is the music can be very loud at times. Its also the radio which is kind of annoying with commercials. They should probably be able to subscribe to some kind of music service that does not have commercials that yell at you while you are laying down with have a heat pack on for 10 min. BUT that does not reflect the service I receive. I never wait more than a few minutes in the lobby. Don't stick with one doctor/office just because. I feel like you have to find the right fit, the right kind of service you are looking for because you are THE CUSTOMER. It doesn't matter if they are your primary doctor, OBGYN, midwife, a chiropractor, a surgeon, a yoga teacher. If you don't feel their vibe, move on because you are in charge of your health and the kind of service you get is the kind of service you allow yourself to deserve.

They turned an apartment into an office which was a bit weird to me. When I saw the nurse practitioner she was not confident at all, I actually questioned if she had her credentials because she literally told me nothing. Then they send you downstairs to get x rays which isn't done by a x ray tech it's done by whoever is available. They tell me the chiropractor doesn't come in until the following week so that's when it will be read. You're a spine center and you don't have someone on staff to read x rays?? You will see a whole train of people but the person I was most turned off by was "Dr.K". He's nice sure but a little creepy talking to adults, he will talk to you like you're about 7. It was at that point I said I gotta get out of here this is a scam. They bait and switch you so you have to come back for another visit to get your results. It's been weeks and not a soul has called me. This place just doesn't feel right. They also offer Botox which if your red flags weren't already raised they should be now! I'm pretty sure everyone that said they were a "Dr" there is some sort of tech so don't be fooled.

Dr Liu took all my pain away and gave me back my lifting abilities all while treating me like an actual person, not like a dollar sign as i had been in Erie. he explained the surgery completely, and the team set up everything from my hotel as well as travel to and from the hotel to surgery center. i have often spoke with folks debating on getting surgery done and hands down the most amazing place i've had work done. and because of that, i went to them again last year for detrimental cervical spine issues. In early 2025 was told my spinal column c5-c3 was unstable and in x-rays you could see it tipping off to the left. the pain i endured was so bad, i often thought about just ending existence. my pain was as if someone put red hot coals under my skin and into my muscles from my skull down to my lower lt region and across my entire back and into my shoulder and down both arms...and the pain was 24/7 with zero relief for months. Dr. Bitan preformed a double discectomy with the insertion of 2 cadaver bones and a mesh around c3-5.
