They refer to eachother and visits can be only 20 minutes. These mills are the worse places you can go. Ur problem will get worse. U go from one "specialist" to another on different days under the same roof to drs who are salaried. They have to oblige by rules of not treating anything that they can milk your insurance for. Dr Harden is who I made my first appointment with. After 6 visits to different referring "doctors", nothing got done and I never met this woman. I'm interested in finding out more about her, and I will. I switched over easily and saw the Dr I should have seen from the start at Beth Israel. Are these drs on hospital staffs? All u need to do is see how chaotic this place is run. Patients coming and going real fast, staff overwhelmed. Go see it before you go to this disaster and end up sicker! I know how these places make money. You can be sure the drs here are not, but there's one laughing all the way to the bank. It's the owner. If I'm wrong, have Dr Harden schedule a meeting with me and I'll take this down with an apology. All the wasted insurance resources, the time, only to be treated like a dog! The food was consistently inedible and tasted like paper--not even a pinch of salt for the so-called "scrambled eggs," which I think were probably powdered egg substitute. The vegetables were inevitably canned peas and carrots. I almost missed an easy ride home and inconvenienced my neighbor because no one, including the "hospitalist" doctor and the nurse on my final day, bothered to tell me what time my last IV would be given. Some of the nurses were very kind and caring. One young nurse kept calling me "dear," which I found patronizing and annoying. I'm 71 years old; perhaps that seemed ancient to her. In my sense of etiquette, you do not call someone "dear" unless you know them well. I am rating this hospital a 3, average, but that's generous. It's closer to a 2.5.

Now because they closed Christ Hospital I was forced to use JCMC and I was thoroughly impressed about its new appearance, the speed which they see you in the ER and the treatment by all of the staff. Because of circumstances I need to use the JCMC charity care for any services and I am very thankful for it's availability because without it I would be screwed completely. He's awfully close to where I live , so close that can actually walk to his office. When making the appointment I was never informed that their would be a consultation first. Found out that I needed a MRI at another location in the area first. Then this particular test was ( EMG) completed here. Just wish that there was better communication with the staff out front. The doctor was very apologetic about the mix-up. Didn't get the results that I was hoping for or expecting. Came in for one issue and it turns out to be a whole different problem with my neck. The waiting area is a little small. Holds maybe 10 or 15 patients and that's it. But it doesn't take all that long to see him. Just a little over an hour each time. Now hopefully, just 4 or 5 weeks of PT and everything will be ok. Fingers crossed.

Dr.Frederick Brandt who is a Rheumatologist is a great doctor with years of experience also there to help treat you hand in hand with the therapy they provide for whatever is bothering you. I don't know why so many negative reviews are given to this place but all I can see is these old reviews from 2017 and 2018 does not reflect my experience in 2025-2026. Do not hesitate to give them a try and see for yourself. You will not regret it!

Dr Tikoo was in my medical network and this place is easy to get to, for me anyway by public transportation. Definitely true what others are saying about this place. The wait times are always 3 plus hours just to see the doctor. Not only that, but when you finally get into seeing him the staff is constantly knocking on his door and coming in to give updates on other patients. The waiting room is quite small. Leading people to sit in the outer office for another doctor. Or in some cases it can be standing by the receptionist desk. Which of course can lead to a added stressful situation with the staff. Phone lines are ringing constantly and your lucky if they pick up. For me twice was enough to come here. Follow up results visit was just as bad & long. Avoid at all costs.
