The doctor although very bubbly and cheerful should work on listening skills. Initially, I talked about my issue and past history of the same issue. Told him it's been two weeks of all over the counter medication. After repeated complaints on my issues he listened to my chest and said it was clear. Then wanted to take a chest xray?? I refused!!! Went to pick up my RX - he prescribed Claritin (over the counter)! Again, No Allergies! I guess the game is come back after it becomes bronchitis... no thanks! Waisted my time..

In the past they were doing both antigen and PCR tests for one single visit. During my last visit (mid-January), they told me that they will do either antigen or PCR. So this is a little bit inconvenient that I had to go back next day to take the PCR. All my PCR tests here, except the ones taken during the holidays, returned result in two days. This was very impressive.

X-ray tech gets in at 8am, as a note, so coming early is just to do paperwork. -50% loss of score here was for the central scheduling team who didn't care enough to do the job properly after a couple calls.
