I've had lots of massages over the years in different settings and this was hands down the best & most healing one yet. Judy listened to where I was needing relief and I was able to walk out 45 minutes later with noticeably improved range of motion and less tightness and pain in my shoulders and neck. Judy was also very kind and warm, and so talented as massage therapist. I will definitely be going back soon & highly recommend Wellness massage! You will not be disappointed!

Dear Management Team,…read more I am writing to share feedback regarding my recent spa visit, as I was very disappointed with the customer service experience despite enjoying the massage itself. Prior to booking, we called to ask specifically about using a SpaFinder gift card and were advised that it would be accepted. Upon arrival, I also confirmed this directly with the front desk staff before our service, and I was again assured it would not be an issue. However, after our service concluded, I was informed that the gift card was not accepted after all. Had I been given accurate information, I would not have proceeded with the service that day. During this interaction, a young blonde-haired employee approached the front desk, stated "of course we don't take it," rolled her eyes, and walked away. This response felt dismissive and unprofessional, especially given that the confusion stemmed from misinformation provided by staff. Additionally, the men's locker room shower did not have hot water, which further detracted from the overall experience.

They have their own parking! That is a huge deal for me going to Boulder. We were welcomed in and given our robes, towels and slippers. All we had to bring was our swim suits. They went over the locker room, lockers, spa area and when each of us needed to be outside the massage room before our respective appointments. My daughter got deep tissue massage, my friend and I both got Swedish. Randy was my massage therapist. He was great! I would request him again. I felt like jell-o by the time I was done. The spa area had a rainforest shower, cold plunge pools, sauna, steam room, hot tub and salt room. I started with the rainforest shower. I had never been in a salt room, so that was a must try. There was a button to call a staff member to turn on the mechanism for the room. Not sure what it did, but I could taste the salt in the air when I entered. The light through the salt blocks was quite relaxing. After that my friend and I sat in the hot tub until it was time for us to have our massages. We all were quite relaxed when we were done. Will be back!

You have to activate the account again and cancel with 30 days notice to avoid being charged an additional $120 or more depending on your membership level. In addition, they make it difficult to cancel. You have to request a membership cancellation form and then send it back to them either via email or in person to officially cancel. This is obviously meant to be a barrier to canceling. When I spoke to the GM asking if she could explain their policy that only active members can cancel, all I was told is that it is corporate policy. I asked again if she could explain WHY this is corporate policy and she told me she had and that "I wasn't accepting her explanation" and proceeded to say "I'm sorry about the confusion or whatever this is." These are direct quotes. If customer service was better and if their corporate policies weren't designed to scam clients out of additional money when wanting to cancel, I would recommend them. The facilities are lovely and they have great massage therapists. It's really too bad. Do not spend your money here.

When I called to schedule an appointment I liked how the receptionist gave me details on the…read moreavailable massage therapists for my requested day. She advised me that one was more relaxing in her technique while the other specialized in a more methodical approach. I chose the latter because she said she also had Thai-massage training/expertise. This was originally going to be a one star review, based on my experience with that first masseuse. I will not say her name, but none of the other reviews mention this person, so maybe just request one of the names you find with kind regards in the reviews and you'll be safe. I knew off the bat that this wasn't going to go well. First of all, my fault for assuming... I won't expand on that. But this kid put all her weight on me and I felt nothing, but heard her bones/joints cracking every time she tried to apply pressure. She had no consistency in her technique and it lacked fluidity. Her hands were off me half the time so there was a major disconnect there. The one or two times that she was doing good in an area she'd stop after a 2 or 4-count (yep, I had started to count by this point) and wouldn't follow through or repeat that movement in the adjacent area. It was supposed to be a 90 minute session, but it only lasted 75 minutes, and again, no hands were on me for about half of that time. Then she rushed me as I was getting dressed at the end. I was so annoyed leaving that room! So why is this a 4-star review? 1- Because of the 5-star customer service from the lady at the front desk. She could sense my dissatisfaction and made the effort to make it right. She did not charge me for that session. She offered to put me with another masseuse, who she promised did excellent work. Furthermore, she offered to still allow me to get the new client rate if I rebooked. Great! 2 - I returned a few days later for an hour session with Shay. This woman is phenomenal! The room temperature was perfect. My table warmers were on, just like I love them to be. She asked all the questions to make sure my experience would be top notch. I was so relaxed that I actually fell asleep. My session actually lasted the full hour too. The only thing I'd do different next time is book a longer session with Shay. (My only tiny complaint was that the music volume was a little too high, but I didn't mention it.) I was in such a state of euphoric bliss after that session that I felt like I was floating. (Is this what it feels like to be high??) Also, I slept like a baby that night, and awoke feeling amazing! So yes, it was a complete bust the first go 'round. But these employees and/or management team really know how to de-escalate a situation and turn it around from a one-star experience to a 5-star experience. I would 100% return the next time I'm in CO.
