I can't recommend Heavenly Embrace enough. I was here for a short 2 week visit and after a mountain bike accident left me with pain and stiffness in my head, neck, shoulders, and back, I searched for a highly rated therapist. Liraz provided exactly the care I needed. She is incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to understand my injuries before beginning treatment. What stood out most was her calming, comforting presence and her whole-person approach to healing--addressing not just the physical pain, but the connection between mind, body, and spirit. She was always attentive to my comfort level and never pushed beyond my limits, allowing my body to heal safely and naturally. I left the session feeling relief, supported, and genuinely cared for. If you're recovering from an injury or simply looking for a therapist who combines expertise with compassion, I highly recommend Liraz at Heavenly Embrace Wellness. My only regret is not finding her sooner. I am looking forward to booking with her on my next visit to Boulder. Tara N. read more

20 Years of Pain! I had suffered from weekly headaches for several decades. Over the years I had seen many professionals; from doctors to massage therapists. At best, they would make a marginal difference. That was until I found Liraz and began deep tissue/trigger point massage. She really is an amazing and talented professional that I feel so lucky to have met! In my case, she was quick to understand my problems and patient enough to uncover these deep-seated knots in my muscles that were causing the pain. I appreciate how she talks throught the massage to help me better understand the locations, causations of pain, and fascial connections that are referring the pain. With this knowledge and active conversation, she was able to help me better communicate my pain while we worked together to further pinpoint the sources and treat them effectively. She also recommended specific stretches and a thera-cane, so I could actively help maintain the relief at home as well. Within just a few sessions, my pain was already greatly diminished. Needless to say, my improvement has been wonderful and am now virtually symptom free. I would give her an 1,000 star rating and cannot recommend her enough! read more

My daughter first discovered Liraz and came home and said, "Mom, this therapist is special. You really need to try her." So I did. Wow. I've been to many people and can tell you that this woman is a gift. She has strong but tender hands and an expansive heart. Thanks to the work Liraz has done, and the techniques she has shown me, my lower and upper back pain has been eliminated. It's gone! My posture has improved and I am more flexible. It took a few months to get to this point, but it worked! I used to struggle to get out of bed, walk briskly, or tie my shoes. Now, I feel 20 years younger! I am profoundly grateful. read more

I have fibromyalgia and I'm very into "alternative" healing. I was initially interested in having reiki but after reading about reconnective healing on Heavenly Embrace's website I decided to try it. I didn't feel a lot of physical sensations during the treatment (which is not a "bad" thing) but I did feel very relaxed. I unfortunately was fighting off a cold and a cough so I coughed a few times during the session. Each time Liraz asked me if I was okay and if I needed water. Very thoughtful. I can say that since the reconnective healing session I don't feel as much pain as I did before. Liraz even gave me a few exercises to try throughout the day that can help with my neck and shoulder pain. The next time I'm in Boulder I will be sure to come back to Liraz. read more

Liraz is amazing. I have been meeting with her for Shiatsu, Deep Tissue and Reiki for the past four months and would definitely recommend her to anyone seeking an excellent massage therapist with tremendous positive energy, knowledge and a wide range of modalities. Liraz is passionate about what she does and the relationship she created with me as a client from our first session. She really took the time to listen to my concerns and address my issues as well as teach me new stretches and make me more aware of muscle memory and how to retrain my body to avoid injury in the future. read more

Liraz is an amazing body worker. I've been working with her for over a year now and each and every time I see her my body feels amazing. Her touch is relaxing and gentle, her pressure is perfect. She checks in throughout the session to make sure that I'm comfortable. After the body work, she closes the session by discussing what she found and different stretches to work on at home - what she finds is always spot on, not to mention very thoughtful and intelligent. I highly recommend Liraz for anyone in the Boulder or North Boulder area! I recently received a deep tissue massage it was really amazing. She also did some reflexology during my session and it felt great. Liraz really knows the body, she was able to relieve tension in my back and neck. I've never had essential oils during a massage so I wasn't sure what I would think, but they added so much to the treatment. She used one to open up your breathing which was nice for the 1st half when you're on your stomach. Thank you Liraz! read more

Liraz is not only an expert in the field but also a very comforting therapist who really knows how to put her clients at ease and know that they will be taken care of. She took time to dig deep into why you chose massage, Reiki or Reconnective Healing and what you want to get out of it, whether you are just curious or looking to work out a physical ailment. The Reconnective Healing affected my body and mind in ways I did not anticipate or could have ever imagined. I left feeling at peace, relaxed, content and in dire need of my journal because I wanted to document the uniqueness of the experience. Liraz's energy work has helped me to focus at work and in life and really value everything I have. I would recommend her work to anyone! read more

Visiting Liraz is truly a heavenly experience. I have had a lot of massages, and none have ever come close to being as amazing as my sessions with Liraz. She has such a unique skill, in that she truly understands your body and how to customize her sessions for your body. If I'm out of town and I happen visit schedule a treatment with a local spa, it is clear how out-of-tune most spa employees are with your body. They just go through routine motions, while Liraz will always customize technique, pressure, and essential oils for you. read more
