I came to her feeling extremely burnt out on work and life, in general. I needed help finding balance, and she really helped me learn where I was holding on to stress both physically within my body and emotionally. This massage was like none that I have, and frankly I think every massage should be like this! I am so curious about the training and experience necessary to become as highly perceptive as Rebecca is. I may not have been *cured* the same day (nor did I expect to be), but she gave me a hell of a jump start and tools to carry with me. I am so grateful I found her, and will definitely make time at Somadi a priority whenever I am visiting my sister in the future.

She was always attentive to my comfort level and never pushed beyond my limits, allowing my body to heal safely and naturally. I left the session feeling relief, supported, and genuinely cared for. I booked a reiki session with Alicia in Fort Collins. Before I even got on the table, she had already downloaded a bunch of information from my guides about what needed attention. I was amazed by this, because I hadn't told her anything about myself or what I was seeking help with prior to the appointment. Everything she picked up on as she laid her hands on me during the appointment was spot on. After the appointment, she sent me an email with some handouts on energetic practices that I could use to help continue improving after the session, as well as a summation of some of the highlights what came out of the session. Immediately afterwards, I felt relaxed. It was a moving experience. It has been a week now, and it's pretty incredible the change that has already occurred in my mindset. I've been using a meditation that she did in the session, and I've gotten so much clarity. I've identified an underlying thought pattern that has been running since childhood and not serving me. It feels like this is a beginning of a major shift for me. I am so thankful that Alicia has been so generous with her time and her gift.
