This was the worst massage I have ever had. Actually I didn't even get the full massage because the exceedingly chatty therapist was so unprofessional. I let her know that my preference was not to talk during my massage, that I liked to zone out and just relax. After answering her questions, I said "Okay, I am going to zone out now, time to enjoy the massage." Because I would not communicate with her (I had answered all her questions before and during the massage) Erin said she could not work with me and walked out. I lost all the money because I used a Groupon. Update, the owner has been very professional in handling this matter and I have been impressed. She tailored the massage to address my complaints (neck stiffness and migraines) by using muscle cream, warm bean bags, pressure-point techniques (to get the spinal fluids flowing) and Swedish massage with perfect pressure (to coax some tension out of the stiffened muscles). I actually went to the North location on 21st st. I saw Debbie for a 90 minute relaxation massage and foot scrub. She was amazing! I like a light pressure and she was on point! I had my first ever reflexology experience with Nichole, it was really relaxing, and she answered a question I had when we were finished. She gave me an option of different DoTerra essential oils to be used during my treatment. I did I have a problem finding the office, so when I called the number after googling from my phone, it was Dayna's voicemail. She called me back immediately and walked me through getting there, as in stayed on the phone with me until I found it, which took me a while, lol, luckily I had left early, so I was not late. Recently I got a referral from the family garden to try out Blooming Massage. While the location leaves something to be desired, the massage was AMAZING. I was with Diana but I am sure any of the therapists there would be great! She took her time, was warm and friendly, and very skilled. Plus bonuses like hot packs and essential oils were just part of it! Instead of feeling tired and sore after, I was invigorated and felt great.
