Instead of acknowledging their failure, staff routinely act like the problem is mine or like I'm saying something unreasonable. That level of dismissiveness toward patients who depend on medication is unacceptable and frankly dangerous. I'm far from the only one experiencing this. Many customers report the same issues: delays, excuses, and zero accountability. A pharmacy's job is literally to ensure patients receive medication on time. When they can't perform that basic function--and then blame patients for it--it shows a systemic failure in management, staffing, and professionalism. The pharmacist at this location is phenomenal! Because I had forgotten my meds, an alert came up that said my refill was too early. The pharmacist found a lost prescription exemption and filled it right away! I'm forever grateful.
