Zero stars. Thedacare and Dr Terry are fraudulently upcoding and charging an extra office during wellness exams. They intentionally ask you questions just so that they can bill your insurance for a second visit. Horrible and they should be ashamed of themselves. read more

I moved here from another state and was referred to a specific doctor who happened to be with ThedaCare. I am so happy to have gotten into the system. Over the last six years I have been increasingly happy and impressed with my primary care physician but also with every other person from the person who draws blood to the nurses, the billing department, and specialists. My husband also has the same doctor and, sadly, he has had skin cancer, prostate cancer and full removal, a hip replacement, two knee replacements, lots of physical therapy, and some other issues. No one wants to go through all of these things, but thank goodness we had ThedaCare and a fabulous team along the way. read more

If I could give negative one billion stars I would. Worst medical experience I have ever had, and my appointment was just for a routine physical. The nurse and nurse practitioner (Vandenheuvel) performed tests I did not approve. I was also billed two visits, because I apparently made the mistake of speaking when asked if I had any health issues I wanted to talk about. Total bait and switch. I filed a complaint with Thedacare. After a two month process where I had to retell my concerns to several people, because they apparently do not share or take proper notes, they refused to make the situation right. They were sure to send a bill the next day inclusive of what I consider fraudulent charges. During some of the conversations during the complaint "process" the ThedaCare employees admitted my complaint was far from the only one at this clinic and they do a poor job of being transparent regarding billing. If you think that you as a patient have rights regarding your own care, find another clinic and a do not choose ThedaCare-less. read more
