From their call to reschedule when it was super crazy to calling me on a Sunday to ask if I would be able to make it the next day, they care. Jessica, a floating medical assistant, immediately put me at ease. A difficult task with my high blood pressure! She was super knowledgeable, efficient, caring, and relatable in a way only a friend or family member could be...all the while on the computer! Thank you, Jessica, for telling me how to press the mask to my nose avoiding the steamy haze, and your remarkable skill with the lab needle. I work in healthcare and no one sitting in waiting room was critical. Never kept us updated, never said there were traumas, who may be waiting for a few hours....nothing. took her to St. Elizabeth, seen within in 5 minutes of arriving to ER and back home within 1 1/2 hours of hitting the ER door.
