I can only rate the business's communication and response to my request for quotes. This business…read moreresponded quickly and asked me to make an appointment with the Yelp scheduler tool (directly in the response thread), and it had me pick a date/time and enter my address. I didn't think much about it other than it was very convenient and since virtually every other Yelp business (landscaping, cleaning, painting, plumbing, etc..) the service provider comes to you, AND it specifically asked for my address I naturally assumed this was the same. The appointment time came and went. When I asked about it she said she worked from home and I was supposed to have come to her. This detail was never mentioned in the thread nor the Yelp appointment scheduler, so I'm not sure how I was supposed to know that. Why use a scheduler tool that requires my address as part of the appointment if not to establish the location of the appointment?? Anyway, I went with another vendor (who clearly asked me to come in to their shop) and I gave them my business. CW Sewing may do fantastic work but I'll never know because they can't communicate/confirm basic appointment details using Yelp features.
