In addition, Sepi at Blue Door was the only practitioner who spent time consulting with me, talking through what I wanted as far as design, color etc. She also gave me a lot of information to read before I booked an actual appointment. The day of the appointment, Sepi took as much time as needed to design my brows and settle on a color. She was thorough and precise and was not going to start the process until I was set on the design. The process itself was easy - my brows were numbed and Sepi got to work. It was easy and painless. Sepi also explained the process and what to expect before she started. Sepi did a great job preparing me for the healing process, which can be challenging. Sepi gave clear instructions along with the common FAQs. While healing, your brows will be darker than you are used to; there will also be itching and you'll be tempted to "help" your brows shed - don't do it!!
