There was no stress there. At the appointment itself, she was so welcoming and kind and had really great conversation skills. As for the waxing itself, Ashley is not afraid, and she knows what she is doing. She made sure my skin was so soft and smooth after the waxing, I was surprised how well and deep she went, considering I hadn't gotten one in a long while. I've had bad experiences at other locations, but this place is my go-to place now. She is gentle, careful, and accurate with her waxing. When you get to the building, the door is locked and you need a code to get in, or she comes and gets you. That made me feel very safe since I would be laying there in a very vulnerable position! Lol! The room was clean, and all equipment was clean and in excellent condition. She was very nice and right away put me at ease. Very knowledgeable about her craft! I used to go and get sugared at a place in Corona that I absolutely loved, but after coming here I don't think I'll go anywhere else as you could tell she really knew what she was talking about, and gave me more information on aftercare, and why our hair grows the way it does. I never knew about a few of the things she told me about and it all made perfect sense and I walked out of there smooth and informed! The care that she gives while actually sugaringing is amazing! She took her time and was as gentle as possible. After the actual sugaring she got in there with tweezers and got a few of the stubborn hairs. I was very happy with the results.
