I wish I could go in. she won't let anyone in without a mask and all washed up from head to toe. I went once and there was a low quantity of yarn and wanted to go again. It is the end of 2022 and almost 2023 and no admittance unless you mask. So sad she lost my business transactions and a lot of my friends. read more

If you were looking for a warm and inviting place to buy yarn and indulge in some knitting.......this is not the place! The owner is rigid, brusque, tactless, lacking in customer service and frankly unapproachable. I have used her in the past and have a excused her behavior, but today she reached new levels of rudeness. This is a local business I will be unable to support. If you're looking to buy good quality yarn, there are some wonderful sites online that you can get at discount prices. I would recommend going there first. read more

Great little store. A nice selection of quality yarns and knowledgeable and helpful service. We got directed to exactly what we wanted (a lovely malabrigo merino) and the price was reasonable. read more

This is a really nice little yarn store. I found it while exploring Downtown Idaho Falls while on vacation. There is a nice selection of both 100% wool and acrylic blends as well as needles. The ladies who were knitting/working were very friendly and willing to offer help as well as recommendations for things to do around town. read more

Wanted to stop by on a Saturday morning around 11am. Drove by to see the shop closed and the hours posted on the door... It's open M-F and closed on Sunday... What about Saturday guys? Disappointed. I wish this store would update their Yelp profile, have a Facebook page or some sort of web presence so out of towers could get go info on the basics. read more

The manager made his Rude approach and rejection of the sale in front of a long line of customers and I will never support this business again! Most of the business is junked up with plastic, their yarn and fabric section is failing miserably.
