What makes this store my favorite besides all of the above are the wonderful owners and staff. They're always so welcoming, helpful, kind and appreciative of each person that walks in the doors. It feels like a big hug when you walk in and experience it for yourself - makes you want to stick around, take it all in and then come back for more. Definitely a vibe with all it has to offer from the cute little dessert bar in the back, make your own olive oils and vinegar flavors with tasting stations and the non-intimidating department store feel to the entire store. This beautifully curated shop has the most unique finds from greeting cards to paper crowns--all among exquisite clothing pieces that you wouldn't be able to find at big box stores. The owner is very friendly and helpful. Not only does she curate her shop, but I feel like she takes the time to get to know the folks who come into her shop and make them feel like a part of a community. The staff has always been patient and willing to take out multiple pieces of jewelry from their cases even when I'm taking a long time to decide. I think a LOT when I shop, and I appreciate that I don't feel rushed to make a decision and leave. Shopping should be an experience: part art, part curiosity, and a dash of serendipity. This shop is not for those who want to get in and out without admiring. Because there's plenty to admire and you might even find the piece you've been missing all your life. I opened mine slightly over the 100…read moredays(because I didnt have a place for my old mattress yet) and slept on it for a week, only to realize my new $3,300 purple premium hybrid firm version of the "softest version" is way too hard on my hips and back. I'm 53 with orthopedic problems so really needed to exchange it with the softest version. I was told to try it for 30 days, so did, and they won't exchange it for less than $1,700. I'm so sad and my body hurts.

It's obvious these people couldn't care less if you get your furniture after the initial sale. I've never experienced a business so bad. Will never be coming back. Buyer beware.
