The only downside to this shop is that it opens kinda late for a coffee shop (8am on weekdays, 8:30am on weekends) so if you have any sort of conference or even just a normal day job, you might find it hard to actually come here without being late to work unless you come during break or lunch? Luckily my conference started on a Friday morning at 8:30am so I was able to go to it by being the first customer right at the open, but on day 2 of my conference on a Saturday, I couldn't come here even when I wanted to because I had to be at my conference by 8:30am which was when they open. Every drink can be customized to your liking, and they're happy to fill your own reusable cup if you bring one. Street parking is surprisingly easy to find, even on a Saturday around lunchtime. The only downside is the somewhat limited hours (8:30 AM - 2:30 PM), so plan accordingly if you're passing through later in the day.

You can purchase premade options or select your individual flavors. My personal favorite is the pomegranate peach, but my husband loves the sweet mint. I have gotten my family these as stocking stuffers over the years and they are always a winner. I also own a lip tint and scrub which I both enjoy.
