    Baseball field
    Jeremy M.

Recently renovated field was very nice with a beautiful mountain backdrop. Turf infield and grass outfield so no metal spikes allowed. No bleachers so bring your own chairs. Also, be careful where you park unless you want your car peppered with foul balls.

Softball backstops for baseball games doesn't keep the balls from flying out of the field and hitting nearby cars.

Although the main window was closed, we were greeted across the way by a gentleman who immediately came over to check us in. The gentleman was multitasking around the area but at the same time, very attentive to my inquiries and made sure we were taken care of. A week later, we decided to book some lessons- their website is very easy to navigate and the pricing is very reasonable. When we showed up to our first session we were setup with Coach Reuben. To my surprise, Coach Reuben is also the same gentleman than helped us the very first day we came by. Coach Reuben has been very attentive to my son's coaching and provides me feedback on what we can work on in between sessions. Coach Reuben has an unwavering passion in what he does at The Hitting Zone and it shows everytime we see him. He provides exciting lessons for my son and even gives me a few pointers I can learn too. Coach Reuben is what makes the difference when it comes to batting cages and coaching; he brings everyone to the zone- The Hitting Zone :)

My husband was standing in line waiting for the cashier when the individual who identified himself as the manager (and stated it was his business) approached from behind. Instead of saying "excuse me," he pushed his hand in front of my husband's face and physically bumped into him to move past. My husband had no idea anyone was behind him and was caught off guard by the contact. When my husband calmly said something along the lines of "relax," the situation escalated unnecessarily. The manager became loud and confrontational in front of other customers, stepped into my husband's personal space, and made statements such as, "What's up then, you ain't going to do shit," clearly attempting to provoke a physical reaction. The interaction was aggressive, unprofessional, and completely inappropriate especially from someone representing the business. Ultimately, my husband was asked to leave, despite the fact that the situation began because the MANAGER chose to handle a simple moment without basic courtesy. No customer should feel threatened or publicly antagonized for standing in line. Professionalism and basic respect go a long way, and unfortunately, we did not experience either here.

My friend and I decided to stop by at this batting cage for a quick source of stress relief and…read morefun. The facility itself was pretty small and it was completely empty but wasn't able to use the automatic feeding cage since it had reservations, which was fine. Since the manual feeding cage was our only option, we decided on that option for 30 mins. The manual feeding option was $30 for 30 minutes which I thought was a little expensive but this place had good reviews so we decided to give it a try. So, the guy helped us to set up the projectile machine and showed us how to feed the softballs manually. For the first 3 minutes, everything seemed fine until almost 70% of the softballs were projected straight to the floor. As a result, the softballs ran out pretty quickly and had to spend time picking them up again pretty often. Since it was projecting to the floor too much, we asked the guy if he can readjust the projection angle. He ended up increasing the speed and adjusting the angle a bit more upward. As I was feeding the softballs manually for my friend, I noticed that the projectile feeder machine motor could not stand the speed changes and started to rattle and move side to side causing inconsistent throws which lowkey turned into a dodgeball session and also caused my friend getting hit. Overall, poor maintenance of equipments and poor handling of the situation from the staff. If you decide to come here, I do not recommend the manual feeding option.

We rented a cage not lessons but it's our first ever season in softball so we were kinda clueless haha he was so friendly and patient, he brought us a T that I didn't know we even had an option for and showed her the correct form and a few more pointers that really took her to the next level! She left feeling so great about herself! We are definitely coming back and are so grateful for Will!

The mini golf was a lot of fun, and the package deals are definitely the way to go if you want to do the most activities while saving money. It's a great spot for all ages, with plenty to enjoy. You get around 6 minutes of play time per attraction. To access attractions, you press a service button to call over an employee. It was not crowded on a Monday afternoon and there was plenty of free parking. + We started off our day with bumper boats to cool off in the summer heat. Each boat had built in water shooters. We were spraying each other and everyone got soaked. + We went on race cars to dry ourselves off. The cars were surprisingly fast. - For race cars, there was no working service button. Instead, there was a picture of a button taped to the wall which was a bit confusing. We ended up finding a staff member who let us in. It would be helpful to have a note with instructions on what to do. + The laser tag arena was bigger than expected with plenty of walls and obstacles to hide behind. There were even a couple of jump scare surprises lurking in corners. + Mini golf was fun with different colored golf balls and decorated courses. + Plenty of arcade games for all ages. - Some games were broken or out of service. + Clean bathrooms. + They sell Dole Whip here.
