They showed me the printout of the results and said that they only had to make a minor adjustment to one of the rear wheels but everything else was good to go. They sold me a mud tire for my touring van. They didn't even place the mismatch tire on the back of my vehicle. They just lazily put it on the front steer tire and it was like driving a donkey. Bumpy and loud!!! I has a perfectly good tire in the under carriage, but they manipulated me and flat out lied and said that I needed this brand new tire. They took advantage, because I was a first time broken down customer. When I called back later, this pouty baby of a man, named Jarrett Hyde, starting cussing and telling me what pisses him off about customers. I simply told him that I took the tire to 3 other tire stores who all agreed that the tire could easily be repaired and totally fine. I got it repaired and it rides like a Cadillac once again. After telling Jarrett this, he went into his spoiled, baby tantrum spilling out curse words and truly displaying what a baby hot head that he really is. I did nothing wrong except refuse to become a victim to this scamming tire store known as Lanier tire and wheel, located on the corner of Ga. 13 and Atlanta hwy (aka: hwy. 9). To top all this off, Jarrett, the pouty baby, blocked me from their site so that I couldn't expose his scamming business practice. He referred to the business owner no longer wanting my business as a delinquent way to punish me. What he didn't realize was I already did my homework and by " business owner" he really meant " his Daddy". . . Apparently, his hard working parents begun this business in 1987 and probably operated it with true integrity, because it grew. Then, they had this pouty baby that never grew up and is now running the business into the ground. Not only is this guy a hot head, but he is by far the most arrogant, never been wrong in his life, baby of a man that I have ever came across. This business will eventually bankrupt, because of him.
