Would give zero stars if possible and agree with the comments below. As of 4/14/20 we have paid more $1k for the deposit and have received zero communication from the company in over 2-weeks. The digging company has marked the yard and two of us have been trying for a week now to get a response from this company. Nothing but voicemail and no return calls after multiple messages left. We have demanded our deposit back and still are not receiving a call back. We will be getting an attorney involved and going to small claims if this is not resolved. Not only will we not be using this company, no one should. Not ever. They take your money and DO NOT CALL YOU. End of story. All these reviews are accurate and the response from the owner themselves are appalling and full of excuses. Too bad my mom (who hired them) did not read here first or it would have saved weeks of irritation. I needed an estimate to replace some damaged fence from taking down some trees. I anticipated they replaced damaged chain link fence. They do not replace damaged chain link fence because They say new fencing next to old fencing makes them look bad. Bill the estimator inferred that I would not be able to find a fence repair company because everyone does whole jobs not fence repair. I eventually found someone to do the job for 6 times less than a new fence would cost.Better communication on both of our parts would have saved them a trip. I would like to start this off by saying the fence looks great and everyone I interacted with personally was very professional and nice. Additionally it is not the time frame or the time of the installation that I had an issue with. But the overall communication about the fence installation was atrocious. When I obtained my estimate and placed my deposit (early august) I was given time frame of September to early October. I did have a vacation planned in mid October that I had made them aware of. After a few weeks go by and not hearing from them and not having any idea of when my fence will be installed, I reached out again (end of august). They gave me a time frame of "the next month or so". Another few weeks go by (mid-September) and I reach out again. Again I am given the time frame of "the next month or so". At this point, I am mostly just wondering when I will know the date or approximate date of when my fence will be installed, rather than just a vague "in the next month or so". So I email again and express frustration and trying to plan for a vacation when I have this looming over my head. They say it will be in before my vacation. Great. Fast forward another couple weeks and my vacation is coming up in two weeks and I still haven't heard from them. I email them on a Monday and ask if they had any updated date of when my fence will be installed. They said the end of the week to early next week. Keep in mind, I do have a job. And they had made me aware I needed to be home for the start of the installation. I then inquire about an exact date, as once again, I do have a job that I am at during the day. They then respond on Tuesday, saying my fence will be installed on Thursday. With no time associated with Thursday. To make it very clear, I have a job where I am required to give advance notice before taking a day off or showing up late. I am curious if I had never emailed them to ask (again) what sort of warning they would have given me about the installation, seeing as it's two days before my fence installation and I still don't even have a time frame of when I need to be home. Overall if you expect any sort of communication about services, don't go through this company. If you work from home and are home every day, it might not matter as much for you, but expect to have to be home with no heads up at all for them to start the fence installation. Extremely shocked that this company doesn't realize that if you expect people to be home during normal working hours, advanced notice isn't just recommended, but required. Up until the week of my installation, I had no time estimate besides "the next month or so" and only received the few days heads up I had due to my persistent nagging. Save yourself some headache and stress and go through another company. Additionally once they came and installed the posts they talked to me neighbor who said they were planning on putting the post side of the fence facing opposite of what we wanted, so I emailed that day and asked when they came back if they could put it the other way. Just had this Company replace some fencing at our home. The vinyl fence they used is exceptional quality! The stuff you would find around a hotel pool. You can't buy this quality at a big box store! Great service and friendly people. I will have them back to replace more fence in the spring! Highly recommend them! read more

Work started several months behind schedule without hearing anything from the office. Told that the parts for my order arrived... Nope: Another delay. Start in two weeks... Nope. Oh, we're missing another gate.... 2 weeks later... Contract signed in May, finished in September. We were expected to start in June. I would leave voicemail once or twice a week, trying to plan summer vacation, parties, etc around the construction. No answers. When you finally talk about whether or not you need to cancel, they pay attention. Asked for a discount for inconvenience and was promptly declined. Fence needs touch up painting at time of installation: they gave a can of spray paint to do myself. Thankfully, the staff that installed were friendly and quick. They each got a star and a popsicle from the kids on a hot summer day. Unfortunately, I would not recommend them to friends or family. Plan to leave this review where I can so that others know how my experience went. read more

Terrible. They were great during the estimate and we signed a contract in July 2020 giving them a deposit of over $1,500 for a $3,200 fence. They said Covid might delay the materials which is understandable and for a while, they returned my calls looking for updates. That stopped in late 2020. It's now been over 7 months since we paid the deposit and they've ignored emails, calls and voicemails for over 3 months. At this point, I'm just hoping to find a way to get my deposit back. read more

I hired this company over several others that I had come to my house, because they seemed like a good company and had a competitive price and time frame to get the fence up. They asked for a deposit of half down which came to $800 which I paid. They told me it would be 8 weeks at the most. 8 weeks came and went and I had no fence. I started trying to contact the company. I would leave a message every Monday and Friday for over a month, asking for them to contact me. I received no phone call back from them. I just assumed they stole my money. 4 months after signing a contract with them I receive a text from the secretary saying they were sick and that is why the delay happened. I dont understand how one person getting sick stops everyone from contacting the customer about a delay, especially after trying to contact them several times. In this text exchange she tells me I will have my fence in two weeks. The Monday of the two weeks I contact her via the text she contacted me on and asked if we were still on for my fence. I received no response from her. Two weeks after this the owner called me and asks me "are you ready for your fence." Never once offering an apology for the delay or lack of response. The company finally installed my fence 5 months after hiring them. I will say the builders that installed my fence were great. Its a shame the owners were not. When I received the final bill I told them my displeasure with their company. The secretary said they would tell the owner and the owner would get back to me after unloading a semi. A full day goes by and I finally get a response from the secretary saying there is nothing he can do, but he refuses to call me and offer any explanation or apology.
