Very friendly staff and environment. A lot of activities and incredible security, students are escorted to the car and are never in danger.

PARENTS BEWARE!!! PLEASE READ: Azul Therapy LIED to my face…read moreabout ins coverage, they made a Medicaid recipient pay about $700 out of pocket, they have completely held my son back by only giving him the BARE MINIMUM in scheduling for an entire year of his life. When they KNOW that early intervention is crucial. I began bringing my (undiagnosed) son here 5/2022 after his daycare did a couple of evaluations and he scored poorly on every section. When the CERTIFIED personnel at Azul evaluated him, both OT/ST recommended that he visit 3x per week. I agreed. At this point, my son only said "mom" and some letters (not regularly, most days he is nonverbal.) He needed assistance with eating and was very hesitant about doing things he should be used to for his age. They reached out some days later and said that the insurance would ONLY cover one hour of ST and one hour of OT. I thought it was strange and should have followed my gut then. I asked, should I call them and see if I can explain the situation to them? I was told "no" by Azul. "It would be a waste of time, they don't care." I trusted Azul. 6 months later, after Azul did their re-evaluation to send to his ins, they told me that they had bad news. That my son's insurance cut OT by HALF, but if I wanted to continue the full hour I could pay out of pocket... that "that's what many parents do." I did, because I know my son needs the help of "professionals". Fast forward 6 more months... "I'm sorry, the insurance cut ST by HALF... I'm so sorry you have to pay out of pocket because we see that he really actually needs the help." I finally decided to call the ins company because my son is almost 4 years old now, and has only slightly improved in OT but has not improved in speech this entire year with Azul. They tell me he is ENTITLED to 3:30 hours of OT and 1:45 hours of ST (that's for everyone that has Molina) that the cover whatever the OFFICE tells them. I can no longer trust this "practice" and will be reporting them to the Dept of Health. Who knows what scheme they are running and how many families they've done this to as they celebrate 8 years of money grabbing, instead of giving children the adequate amount of time to progress faster. If Betty and Claudia read this, I really hope you were truly unaware and that this is coming from administration. We loved and trusted y'all. I am so hurt and angry, and my son will never get this wasted year back.
